this is not against my advisor but to BMW customer service. had called earlier about a emergency service call malfunction on my dashboard. was told they would inform someone and to call me back. had n service. had called earlier about a emergency service call malfunction on my dashboard. was told they would inform someone and to call me back. had no response from BMW and that was over a weekago. then I had a drive train malfunction occur and called to find out about that.called on a monday was told that a message was left for a call back,did not happen. placed a call on tuesday explained situation about malfunctions with no call backs finally set up appointment for me but not with my normal advisor. got an appointment for diagnosis on tuesday but woulnt have an answer until thursday. fine now my car which was 3 months out of warrany had to be reprogramed and still have emergeny service call malfuntion which could be several different things.but it did fix other issues. More

Quinn, has provided, and I have no doubt will continue to provide, excellent service to my vehicle and myself. The Service Advisors, specifically D. Quinn, is personable, honest, and just a joy to interact with. Sure, repairs at dealerships are more expensive, but you are also purchasing peace of mind as you get what you pay for. I honestly see value in having my vehicle serviced at BMW Northwest, Inc., plus the amenities, food, and beverage offerings are excellent too. P. Henry More
Hands down a 5 Star new car sales experience with Client Advisor Maddie. I missed out on a previous car but she remembered my wish list and called me when another used M2 comp became available. Well lo Advisor Maddie. I missed out on a previous car but she remembered my wish list and called me when another used M2 comp became available. Well lo and behold, she called to inform she had a new M2 that unexpectedly became available. She was courteous, helpful and efficient through the entire sales process. I personally prefer quick and painless car buying and this dealership was pretty efficient. The finance process took a little longer than I wanted but it was the last day of the month so the finance managers were swamped. Regardless, Sales manager Mike was super friendly and helpful and so was the finance manager Pam. The best thing about this dealership is that it’s still a family run business that is rooted in the Pacific Northwest. Bravo, Maddie, Mike and Pam! More
