Not happy with the treatment I received today. I was treated much better when I bought my first car. Adrianna in service has no compassion and should not be in a customer relationship position. I am now wanting to get a different car just so I never have to come back.

Hi Jay, I have sent a response to Sara Sullivan (customer relations). Please ask her to forward it to you! I deserve to be treated better than I was. You should send your employee Adrian to a class in public relations, she has no clue! No compassion and never even offered to work out a solution. BMW should have higher standards than this!
