This is our second X3 purchased from BMW Northwest. We received excellent customer service from Allea. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you also to Henry, Kenny and Justin for their help. Horrible experience! Arrived 7:30AM (45 minute drive) for a 2 hour seat belt module factory update. No one knew why I was there. ViN got me going at least to the service Arrived 7:30AM (45 minute drive) for a 2 hour seat belt module factory update. No one knew why I was there. ViN got me going at least to the service I scheduled 3 weeks before. Waited 2.5 hours, no word, cancelled Dr. appt (45 min drive back) 3 hours later, I had to check and I was 'lucky' they had a new connector the mech broke. On return the A-pillar fabric was dangling, dash cover sat lower than dash. Soo pissed. BMW NW seems to not give a crap on older cars (2002 E46) I left after 3.5 hours. Can say the biscotti was good, service sucked. More
