Tried to make a service appt today (May 14, 25 1:47 pm) and the gal was dismissive and rude and was not helpful at all in offering alternatives. I give Brandon from BMW NW’s Service Dept top grades on all aspects of the service process. I have just one small comment, which is that when returned my PHEV had not been charged and had substantially le all aspects of the service process. This was for a recall, and I was expected to replace the gasoline used in my loaner (which is fair), but I think I should get back an equal or re-charged vehicle. More

As always my service experience was wonderful, Gage was my contact service advisor & was great! I will give him a 10+ .
