After, I got out of the partking lot in front of their main door. The sales guy standing outside didn't even say HI before I pass although I was the only person outside their shop.

Inisde this nic main door. It will stay dead as long as this place acts like this.

Anyways, I got the parts I need at the overpriced service shop and head out the door. This isn't a place I like to come back soon.

More
After spending over two hours at another local BMW dealer who wouldn't honor BMW website's 'special' price offers, I departed BMW North Scottsdale shortly after I first entered... with a new 325i. The North who wouldn't honor BMW website's 'special' price offers, I departed BMW North Scottsdale shortly after I first entered... with a new 325i. The North Scottsdale facility is new and far nicer than any other in the Phoenix area. Since then, both Steve and the dealership's GM have contacted me to confirm that I was happy with my experience. As I conveyed to BMW via their phone survey, I could not be more pleased and have already recommended to a friend that she contact Steve for a potential new BMW acquisition. All things considered... a positive experience! More
I will never step foot on the grounds of this dealership again.

I bought a CPO 2001 330C from another dealership in town (Chapman), even though I live close to North Scottsdale Dealership. Shortl again.

I bought a CPO 2001 330C from another dealership in town (Chapman), even though I live close to North Scottsdale Dealership. Shortly after purchase, I had problems with the sunroof visor not sliding back, so I brought it to the Scottsdale dealership and they *fixed it* under warranty. It broke about 1 month later, so I brought it back. They would not fix it under warranty, and tried to explain how it was a result of long term misuse (not mentioned first time when it was *fixed*). They tried to charge me $1100 for repairs, and were totally unwilling to have it covered by warranty. I escalated this to their managment, who wouldn't budge, except to concede that if I had purchased the car from them it wouldn't of been a problem. I refused to pay. Other non related repairs were done at the same time, and when I picked it up, they again tried to charge me (to no avail) for LOOKING at the sunroof. The Car had not been cleaned, and I was given no explanation to the other repairs.

I brought the car the next day to Chapman on Camelback, and they fixed for free without any hassle and were generally in awe that Scottsdale gave me so much grief.

More
Salesman was arrogant and lacked a personality. After sitting around for 30 minutes, the sales manager refused to put firm numbers to our deal to purchase a new 325Ci because we didn't appear "serious" - sitting around for 30 minutes, the sales manager refused to put firm numbers to our deal to purchase a new 325Ci because we didn't appear "serious" - even after I had explained that I drove over 100 miles to the dealer to BUY that car, that day! Guess what moron, I bought a Lexus instead. Now 1 year later when I did buy a BMW 330Ci - I didn't get it from you.

I would only recommend this dealer if you like to beg the sales staff to let you over pay. I guess they have to pay for that new building somehow... More
I had a 2002 BMW 745i that was an absolute disaster from the get go. Virtually every possible problem that's been documented on the internet happened to me it seems. My idrive turned into a no-drive.
< the get go. Virtually every possible problem that's been documented on the internet happened to me it seems. There are still some minor problems but it seems that the 03's have been vastly improved.

I will say this, I applaud BMWNA for doing the right thing and replacing my car. It's a terrible feeling walking to your car and wondering what else could possibly go wrong. More
