I guess must be internet sales or it could be my Sales person Terrance Ransom or service department. To many discrepancies when asked for history, after pointing out some stains on the seat, etc, i was j person Terrance Ransom or service department. I guess I made a mistake of showing firm interest and putting deposit down. I would figure the car be detailed or a atleast cleaned properly from the inside. Finally got the car got delivered yesterday and only came with ONE key. I asked service records, which were provided late and missing services. Still never got service record from the dealership as it showed on Car Fax that car had been serviced at Scotsdale BMW.. Maybe the car was not serviced on schedule.. Well i know it was not as when BMW got hooked up to the car it had a service over due for 4500 or 5400 miles.... Asked for CPO report and I was given an inspection report which had date and time after I requested that report... After the car was serviced and got access to app was about 10days. When App was still showing that car was not serviced I asked Terrance to go to the car and tell me what the car says. Two hours later receive video of car showing no service message. Then I check my APP and its gone from there as well. I was told that sometimes it takes some time for the App to update. 10days??? to me CBS message were cleared and hoping actual work was done. More
