Scott and his assistant, Ashley, worked really hard to earn our business. We had contacted five BMW dealers to find the best value on a X5 35d. Some of the other dealers tried to sell us on what they had earn our business. We had contacted five BMW dealers to find the best value on a X5 35d. Some of the other dealers tried to sell us on what they had in inventory, not what we wanted. Scott took all of our information, provided us with some very helpful facts which we did not know and made this the most pleasurable purchase of a vehicle we have had. This was important to us since we live in Michigan, had bought a number of Jaguars and Fords through my wife's brother since he worked at Ford, plus we bought the car over the internet. They truly exceeded our expectations and provided us with the best possible experience we have had in this area. They continue to follow-up to insure everything is going well and have offered to have us return for additional orientation on the vehicle if we wanted it. We plan on going back to them in the fall to get a convertible which we will garage here in Arizona. However, our X5 will always go with us; it is a great vehicle and we love it. More
