On February 3, 2011, I purchased a new BMW from Cale Hulse at BMW North Scottsdale. Cale was very professional, well informed and helpful. Cale made sure to coordinate the delivery later in the day, so that everything would work out, as I had a crazy schedule that day! Cale even went above and beyond the call of duty by picking me up and taking me back to the dealership so that I could get my car! I never had a single thing to worry about because Cale made sure that everything was covered. It was a pleasure buying my new car from Cale Hulse! I also worked with Steve Bragg. Steve was very professional and adept, as well. Steve was a pleasure to work with and made the financial part of buying a car quick and painless! What more could someone ask for? BMW North Scottsdale is very impressive in the way that they treat their customers. When I picked up my brand new car, Tony Nieto was there to explain all of the technology and car operation procedures to me. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and patient and did not rush anything, even though I was there late in the day. I have since returned for more instruction with my car and Tony was right there with the answers to all of my questions. It is wonderful to know that Tony Nieto is there with the answers to any operational/technological questions that I may have in the future, as well! I look forward to having my car serviced at BMW North Scottsdale, as I have come to expect professionalism and excellence when it comes to customer service through my experiences with Cale Hulse, Steve Bragg and Tony Nieto! BMW North Scottsdale is truly a company that puts the customer first and foremost. BMW North Scottsdale also has a beautiful and very clean facility. The showroom was spotless as were the cars. My car was beautiful when I picked it up and it was in a special locked showroom waiting for me! I have purchased all of my BMWs from BMW North Scottsdale since shortly after the store opened in 2002. In that time I have purchased 11 new cars and 4 used / CPO cars. Given the number of dealers in the state as well as the power of the Internet to find vehicles out of state I have never strayed from BMW North Scottsdale. I continue to go back to them due to the level of service that I receive from Scott Bilgo and Jen Townsend in the sales department. It's easy for a sales person with the proper personality and high level of dedication to provide excellent service when the customer is in the dealership and actively looking at vehicles. Although Scott is one of the best I've ever met in this regard I'm most impressed with the fact that he is constantly going "above and beyond" in making sure that all aspects of my deal are carried out to my satisfaction. I'm a very picky buyer and it's important to me that all of my requests, regardless of how trivial they may seem, are taken seriously. Scott never fails to make sure that everything is just the way that I want it and delivered when I want it. From the first car I purchased from BMW North Scottsdale the after-sales service has been excellent. Scott has been very attentive in after-sales follow-up and has acted as my advocate within the dealership whenever there has been a problem. Two years ago I moved from Phoenix to Tucson and in that time have continued to purchase vehicles from Scott @ BMW North Scottsdale as I contend that he's the best BMW client advisor in the state and easily one of the best in the country. In addition to Scott I've worked extensively with his assistant Jen Townsend and finance manager Brian Peters. Both are wonderful to work with and truly understand how to provide good customer service. If you are in the market for a new or used BMW then please go to BMW North Scottsdale and ask for Scott Bilgo (and no one else). You will not be disappointed!! This is something she has never done before, she usually just wants to sign the paperwork and get out asap. I had a very serious problem with my new car that was less than a month old. While I realize that any mechanical device can have a problem, I was pretty upset since I'm retired and this was a car that I less than a month old. Jeff worked hard to make sure that the problem was resolved in a manner that was completely satisfactory to me. My previous car was totaled in a hail storm last month. I came to BMW North Scottsdale with my parents to look around, but I was not serious about buying.
