From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Eric greeted me and asked what concerns I had; after I had explained my concerns, he indicated the cost up front t treated with courtesy and respect. He arranged for a loaner and asked me where I could easily be reached. Approximately 2 hours later, Eric called and let me know what the preliminary findings were and worked with me to find the best solution. Then when I went to drop off the loaner (thank you very much it was a BMW, not a Chevy Malibu...I greatly appreciate that!)I was greeted by Eric, he showed me to the cashier, then directed me to another area in the dealership (finance) so I could discuss my extended warranty; very helpful-not only did he tell me where finance was, he walked me there! Excellent Customer Service! Thanks to Eric and the entire team behind the scenes that keep my car running like a gem! More
