From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Then when I went to drop off the loaner (thank you very much it was a BMW, not a Chevy Malibu...I greatly appreciate that!)I was greeted by Eric, he showed me to the cashier, then directed me to another area in the dealership (finance) so I could discuss my extended warranty; very helpful-not only did he tell me where finance was, he walked me there!
