I'm very impress with the dealership and specifically with the way Peter Cramer does his work. His customer skills and orientation are the best I have ever seen in any dealership, he is very friendly, k with the way Peter Cramer does his work. I purchased older car but the whole experience made me feel like I was buying top of the line model. During the whole sales process Peter demonstrated exceptional communication skills, attention to details and great driving skills which did help to show the car in the best light. He was very honest showing the condition of the car and helped me to decide on the purchase even I live 2000 miles away and flew to Scottsdale to pick up the car. It was great experience, adventure driving the car back and I had a great time doing this thanks to Peter Cramer and the whole team at Scottsdale BMW.
