My experience AGAIN was great, renewing my lease with Scott Bilgo who again was very helpful and patient with me. Picking up my new car was exciting, and "Tanner" explained all the inside console setting Scott Bilgo who again was very helpful and patient with me. BMW North Scottsdale has a knowledgeable staff and a state of the art facility. Unfortunately they consistently low bid the value of trade in vehicles. Although this dealership is close to home and a pl state of the art facility. Unfortunately they consistently low bid the value of trade in vehicles. Although this dealership is close to home and a place where I have purchased/leased multiple vehicles, I find that if I take my business elsewhere in the valley I get ten percent more for my BMW trade. This has happened twice in the past seven years. The service department is great and I would highly recommend it. More
