Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Went in for an oil change and left with a scratch down to metal without anyone telling us it happened. They agreed to fix it as it was their fault an Went in for an oil change and left with a scratch down to metal without anyone telling us it happened. They agreed to fix it as it was their fault and it ended up looking like trash as they are a collision repair shop. We went back and forth until they told me to take my car how it is. Spoke with the gm and he didn’t seem to care about what happened and pawned us off on a salesman to help us look for another vehicle. They said they were going to make things right and then offered me 10k below trade in value of the car. Spoke to the sales manager about the price and he was a total jerk about it and started to get hostile with us and arguing about everything. This is the worst customer service and experience I have ever had. And to think bmw is supposed to offer excellent service and quality which I received neither. Do not bring your car here. More
