Made an appointment to see a 2023 530i with 5000 miles and when I went in made me wait for 20 mins. Then the car salesman didn't know anything about the car's details. When I asked questions he in return and when I went in made me wait for 20 mins. Then the car salesman didn't know anything about the car's details. When I asked questions he in return asked if it was stated on the website. Fast forward I bought the car anyways and when I went to pick it up a few days later the car was dirty from inside. They made me wait another 45 mins and said it was ready. After taking the car I realized they didn't really clean it at all. Smudges everywhere inside, gum stuck to the side of a seat and black marks behind the seats and inside the door handles. I will not be buying another vehicle from them. Not the BMW experience I have had with my past two cars. More
