I’ve purchased 3 bmw used cars from BMW NS in less than one year. I abandoned dealers years ago but BMW NS turned me into a loyal customer. They are focused on the customer. I purchased a 2019 CPO X5 and maybe 2 weeks later I purchased a 2020 CPO M340. Zero issues, all enjoyment! Had maintenance for the X5 recently and BMW NS Service Dept gave me amazing service (gave them 5 stars on car facsimile). While working on my laptop from their well arranged and well stocked lounge, I test drove a gorgeous blacked out 2021 M5 Competition. A week later I traded in the M350 for the M5 and I’m in love with the M5. I’ll be upgrading my X5 soon enough and there is no doubt in my mind where I’m taking my business. Thanks for changing my car shopping life BMW NS. If I ever move away from Phoenix, I am fairly confident I’d still come back to BMW NS. More
