Certified Pre Owned at BMW North Scottsdale is a scam. ..don't pay extra! Bought a CPO X7 this past year and took it in after 10k miles for an oil change. Service adviser says it needs over $1,000 of re ..don't pay extra! Bought a CPO X7 this past year and took it in after 10k miles for an oil change. Service adviser says it needs over $1,000 of repairs to replace spark plugs, filters, etc. Told him that it was CPO and that the salesman said all of those things were replaced during the CPO process and the car was "like new". Total lie!!! Service adviser said that they only make sure that service is up to date on the vehicle...if its due to have filters, spark plugs, belts, hoses, brakes, cooling system, etc serviced or replaced a month or 1,000 miles after you purchase it then it is your responsibility. So essentially you get new tires on a CPO...and not much more...except a bunch of xx about how the vehicle is like new. Not saying that you shouldn't buy a BMW. Just saying that you shouldn't pay anything more than the cost of new tires for a CPO....and never, ever, ever believe the salesman! More

On the tire replacement, they got the car in right away, ordered the tire, and gave me a loaner until the repair will be done a few days from now.
