Brandon was a great service advisor, he was kind and courteous to me. What upset me however is your cost for service. While I know BMW is not going to be the cheapest option, I was able to take my car t courteous to me. What upset me however is your cost for service. While I know BMW is not going to be the cheapest option, I was able to take my car to a reputable shop, and fix with BMW factory parts for 25% of what I was quoted at your dealership. Charging an hour-hour and a half of labor to unhook a battery is absurd. Along with the other charges. Due to your costs I will not be returning. More

I usually like my experiences with BMW service, however this time with the car rental being off-site it was not pleasant. I would have never brought my car into service knowing they moved car rental off-si this time with the car rental being off-site it was not pleasant. I would have never brought my car into service knowing they moved car rental off-site. it took me 2 hours to drop my car off and get rental. Next time, I only drop off car if they have BMW loaner. plus when I picked up my BMW, it wasn't even washed and ready adding another 15min wait at end. not the best service this time : ( More
