The service department is a disaster. I will now drive to a non-Morgan owned BMW dealership for service. The service rep Samantha told me to drop off the car Sunday night and that she would call me to review any input I had. No call. I was traveling all week and needed my initial service and wrote down my required rim repairs. There were other axel sounds and concerns I have - the service dept would never know if they don’t call. I returned a week later to a text from Samantha that the rim repair guy was out and can they keep the car? They had already had the car 7 days. No. I picked up the car, Samantha hands me a sheet of paper and tells me to hand it to the valet. No explanation of service, nothing. The car is brought out FILTHY - leaves and crap on the mats (not how it was dropped off) and filthy from the rain. The final straw - the handicap placard for my disabled parents was stolen out of the car. They will pay to replace the placard - how about the police report we have to file, the doctor we have to go see, the line at the DMW, my time away from work to do all of this xx. A week later I got a call from a manager who heard me out and “was going to get back to me”………..still waiting for that call - no I’m not, I’m just telling EVERYONE we know to never buy a car from Coconut Creek BMW. We own 2 businesses and have a lot of people to share the word with! And my husband is buying a car - JM Lexus it is. Y’all need to head down there to learn how to run a dealship. More
This was the second time in June that I had to bring my car in for an oil and coolant leak underneath my car's engine. Both times my service advisor, Stephan Bonny was very helpful and explained everything car in for an oil and coolant leak underneath my car's engine. Both times my service advisor, Stephan Bonny was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done after my car was inspected by a mechanic. He sent a video to my phone showing in detail what the problems were as the mechanic gave the full rundown. Stephan gave me a break on the total repair price which I was very happy with. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would recommend him to other customers. Thank you so much, Stephan Bonny! More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They’re extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and money oriented. They damaged my vehicle and tried to cover it up instead of telling me.
