I called in and at approx 11am on a Tuesday morning looking a schedule 4 tires being installed and a brake service. I spoke to Andrew in service, and he suggested I bring the vehicle in that day. I was extremely happy with his suggestion, I told him what I needed and he said our X5 would be completed by 4pm. I never thought this service could be done same day. Our service was completed by 4pm as stated by Andrew. My typical service advisor, no longer works here, so Andrew is our new service advisor. Andrew exceeded our expectations! More

My experience with this dealership has not been pleasant. I forgot my glasses in a loaner they provided me with, and I called to ask if they could check; they did not have the decency to call me back.
