Juliet Steinberg, Service Advisor, was EXCEPTIONAL, very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and she went the extra mile to insure that everything went smoothly and every question was answered and the MINI was returned cleaned and vacuumed. The entire service staff was alert and "on point" and all eyes were up the minute you arrived in the service drive and then continuing on into the service reception area. More
