I was greeted by a very friendly & professional attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. Clarence was busy with another customer, but it didn't take attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. Clarence was busy with another customer, but it didn't take long for him to attend to my recall issue. I was afforded a loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. I had some business to attend to, so I was very pleased to be able to go about my day. It didn't take long for the repair to be completed. The entire staff was very professional and I was completely satisfied. They even washed my car! Fabulous service. Thanks again. More

My experience was extremely disappointing. Both the manager and service advisor were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills.
