My car was having a diverse range of issues and when I finally got someone on the phone, she was awesome. Getting someone on the phone was a NIGHTMARE. My service tech was great. I saw many changes at service center since I was last there. I thought everyone from the valet greater , to the service desk and including the car rental area. I love my service manager Sam . I was greeted by a very friendly & professional attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. Clarence was busy with another customer, but it didn't take attendant. H directed me to the person I needed to speak with regarding my service call. Clarence was busy with another customer, but it didn't take long for him to attend to my recall issue. I was afforded a loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. I had some business to attend to, so I was very pleased to be able to go about my day. It didn't take long for the repair to be completed. The entire staff was very professional and I was completely satisfied. They even washed my car! Fabulous service. Thanks again. More
