The customer service was not good. They are using tools of services communication that's not working like text messages. I never get a phone call that my car was ready. My first service on a electric car with 7000 miles and a front window block and they took 4 days to repair and thank of me that call the dealer, i realized that the car was ready to pick up last Sunday. The Service Manager, Joe, was incredible ! !! The mechanic, Joe, escalated my issue to Chris, who was phenomenal!!! The service writer, Stephan Bonney, leaves a lot to be desired... Poor comm !!
