The Service Write Stepahn Bonney was terrible. Never returned calls or proactively called me... The customer service was not good. They are using tools of services communication that's not working like text messages. I never get a phone call that my car was ready. My first service on a electric car with 7000 miles and a front window block and they took 4 days to repair and thank of me that call the dealer, i realized that the car was ready to pick up last Sunday.
