They try to charge you for more things wrong than what really was wrong that’s sad I’ll never go back to them again they got me a charge card approved for $8000 and the job was 7800 and something dollars. really was wrong that’s sad I’ll never go back to them again they got me a charge card approved for $8000 and the job was 7800 and something dollars. What a coincidence took it to another reliable source and was only charged less than three grand. The car is perfect now and I love it. More

Had alpena for 6 weeks- after one month had to physically go back to dealership and prove that the air condition was not working properly with my own gauge and get head of service involved. Second time same issue - deters us from getting another bmw! More
