We've done business here for many years having bought/leased four vehicles. I was so happy with their customer service forward way of doing business that I'd drive an hour each way to go back for bought/leased four vehicles. I was so happy with their customer service forward way of doing business that I'd drive an hour each way to go back for service. Last month I went in and knew something was off. The service guy was absolutely padding my work order and I challenged him. I had to go back this week because the mechanic didn't reset the service due date in my car. I told the guy at the drive up check-in what I needed and he asked me if I had my service receipt??! Long story short I was lucky to get the scoop from someone that it was sold and everyone in virtually every department left. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know that they should not go there under any circumstances. --- In order to post this the website required me to "Rate people I worked with" and it was one named sales guy, no option for service, so Sam Assisi I apologize to you, we've never met but I had to give you 1 star also. DealerRater please fix this problem. More

It was absolutely horrible! I am expressing my dissatisfaction with BMWs service department which represents it new managment teams. I recently took my vehicle in for battery re I am expressing my dissatisfaction with BMWs service department which represents it new managment teams. I recently took my vehicle in for battery related concerns on Monday 06/10/2024 as I recently had work done on my car. During the visit they performed an inspection. The inspection had a few recommendations, however, this concern relates specifically to the front left headlight being out. I was quoted with a repair cost for a headlamp issue they brought to my attention for $750.00 which I agreed too soley based on the cost presented along with the battery replacement. I paid a total of $970 for my visit. I also paid an additional $211 for the prices of rental. Upon the completion of the repairs, my service advisor told me the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed the warning headlight was STILL on after making payments. Since my advisor was off that day, I took the car and contacted her with pictures of the alert light malfunction as well as the light that I paid for NOT functioning. I was told that I would have to bring the car back in again to be inspected. After not having my car back for a period of time, I was inconvenienced but obviously I wanted the issue resolved since I already paid for it. I brought the car in again for the headlight issue to be presumably fixed and completed with what I paid for... The service representative is now bringing to my attention that the headlamp has additional issues which will cost $4000.00 to repair. This is very misleading to say the least at no point did anyone bring to my attention prior that there was even the possibility of additional repairs or that after replacing the bulb the light was still on. I tried to speak with service manager which only led to him yelling over me saying he can’t help me and possibily offering a discount off of the 4,000. If they knew there was additional work, why wasn’t it recommended? I believe the concern was misdiagnosed, had I been presented with the correct estimate of $4k, I would not approve the repairs at all.. I am not in a position to budget a $4k repair at the moment for a headlamp, and I am requesting a full refund for the incorrectly quoted repair. Sadly, a full month today, and still no refund or even an apology for the chaos! I am still driving around with a malfunctioning light. If I am pulled over and ticketed for this light malfunction they still would not take any accountability. This new staff does not seem to care or have any kind of established orde within reach. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not gotten one response. FURTHERMORE, had I not been the one to make mention of the malfunction of the light still being on, It would have been as if my car had actually been repaired!!! I agreed for my headlight to be replaced, paid for it, and received a loss of finances on my part. It's been a full month now, and BMW still has my money. More

Concerns About Recent Service Experience at Vista BMW I'm writing to share a recent experience at Vista BMW on December 13, 2023, which has left me disappointed in your service department. As a long-term BMW customer and advocate, this encounter has made me question the customer service quality at Vista BMW. On December 13th, I brought my 2021 BMW X5 M50I, for a scheduled oil change. I had rescheduled twice due to health issues. At the dealership, I met with Mr. Steven Ruth, my service advisor. He suggested additional services, which I declined. Then, Mr. Ruth informed me that I was three days past due for my third complimentary oil change, typically covered by BMW. Despite explaining my health-related rescheduling, Mr. Ruth initially refused to honor the complementary service. He later offered it if I agreed to paid brake pad replacement, pending service manager approval. Feeling coerced, I agreed. The services were completed, but a week later, my dashboard indicated a need for brake pad replacement. I returned to Vista BMW, discovering that the agreed service was a brake fluid change, not brake pad replacement. I felt both disappointed in myself for not reviewing the paperwork and dismayed by the service advisor's misinformation. I spoke with the service manager, Mr. Mark O'Sullivan, who confirmed approving the brake fluid change. However, he attributed any miscommunication about brake pads to the advisor and me. This situation undermines my trust in Vista BMW. My concern isn't for free services but the integrity and transparency of your service process. I would appreciate the dealership's general manager reviewing this matter. It's been a week since my visit, with no follow-up from the dealership. Therefore, I stopped by Vista BMW Coconut Creek for a visit and was greeted by Fred. He was very engaging and said, "follow me," and introduced me to Nicole, a BMW Genius. He said, "Nicole is the best and will fix the pairing problem." He was correct. After shutting down a slew of IPhone apps, running in the background, she then paired my phone and brought back ApplePlay to my screen. She fixed it very quickly and I greatly appreciated her courtesy and expertise. Nicole and Fred represent your firm in 5 star fashion. Great job! Thanks so much! 7 years ago! My Service Advisor, Sheri Holtz, is terrific. She is very professional and gets the car fixed just like new, washed, and I am on my way. She is a credit to your company and always has a ready smile.
