Communication regarding the status of the car repair could be improved. Also Enterprise rental told me when I returned the car if the dealer did not authorize the final day, I would be charged. In the could be improved. Also Enterprise rental told me when I returned the car if the dealer did not authorize the final day, I would be charged. In the entire process, except for an automated text, I did all the follow up. Worst part was when the car was promised to be ready, and after I returned the rental, and got myself to the dealer only, I found out the car (tire replacement) was not ready. I waited about 45 minutes so it might not have even been started. During that 45 minutes I got to hear employees talking about personal business or complaining. The reason I rank this a 3 instead of a zero is because Clarence waived the tire deductible and gave me a car detail for future use which was very much appreciated. Pompano BMW Service, while further from where I live, has always had top notch, professional service. Headed back there next time. More
