I am a loyal customer at Vista even though the Delray showroom is literally a 4 min drive from my home, I much prefer the excellent service and sales at Vista. When Leno was around, he took great care every time my husband and I came in to lease, and he helped me buyout my lease. Please keep doing what you are doing. It is a pleasure to be a repeat customer at a dealership that works hard to provide real service in an age when great customer service is rare as hens teeth. More

We were misled of our understanding of the extended warranty we purchased and have since cancelled the policy because it offered us no relief for a repair that had BMW items Defective. The BMW administ warranty we purchased and have since cancelled the policy because it offered us no relief for a repair that had BMW items Defective. The BMW administrator said only $748.00 would be reimbursed and I would be responsible for the remaining $3,895.00. My contract costed less that the repair. The dealer service advisor tried to help but was also turned down by the BMW administrator. As a result of this repair/its cost and non support from BMW Administrator we see no reason to purchase a BMW product. More
