Although I had to wait a very long time for my 2023 X1, Michael made the waiting period a little less stressful for an anxious person like me by constantly updating me immediately, and also updating me when there were no updates. The car finally came in and Michael made the purchase smooth and quick. I was connected with Ramces Hernandez for financing and he was also very knowledgable and did not pressure me into purchasing anything extra. He simply explained them and which ones he thought were most important since I had explained I was a first time BMW owner. He was able to get me a good deal. Even now after having purchased the car two weeks later, Michael is still approachable and reachable about any issues or questions I have had and is quick to resolve.
