Good... but pay attention. My wife and I drove over from Fort Myers because inventory was better. Gene, our salesman, was low pressure which I appreciated. When we learned we were both military veterans, I felt more trusting and relaxed. That combined with the fact that the car was certified was comforting. Price negotiation was fair without too many games. Once home, however, I noticed the right rocker panel was scraped up and required several hundred dollars to repair. Replaying the experience, both my wife and I could see how careful Gene was in positioning the car and starting conversations, before and after our test drive, to minimize our chance of noticing the damage. Our fault for trusting too much. Lesson learned and tuition isn't free. Also, it took almost a month to find out where our wheel locks were. More

Ridiculous attempt to buy a car that was already sold I've always loved BMW's. They're not kidding when they say its the ultimate driving machine. That being said, I'm in the market for an X4 and decided I've always loved BMW's. They're not kidding when they say its the ultimate driving machine. That being said, I'm in the market for an X4 and decided to go check them out at vista. What a mistake. My sales guy was raymond and he was nice enough but couldn't agree on a price so I left without buying a car. No harm no foul. A few days later another sales person, Arthur calls me letting me know they have a car that I'd like with the numbers that I was looking for, and we ultimately agreed to get the deal done. He was going to talk to his boss, get the deal approved and I would be on my way to the dealer to sign the paperwork. Instead the next day I get a call from the original sales rep telling me that he has another car available thats about $10k more than what I wanted, and told him no, I want the car that Arthur called me about the previous day. He said he'd talk to his boss and get back to me. Never happened. Eventually I find myself trying to reach a manager, Alex, to no avail trying to get the car that they offered. After many attempts I was put in contact with a manager named Moe, who was no help. He informed me that the car had been sold. I told him it was ridiculous that I've been chasing his sales people to buy a car that I was offered only to find out after many days and phone calls that it had been sold. Just ridiculous. If you want to buy a car, this isn't the place to do it. I got the run around for over a week, and the car I wanted was sold. Not to mention I shouldn't need to run after sales people to buy a car. STAY AWAY More
