I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bryan Rivera. I must say I am from the older generation and don’t understand all the gadgets and probably asked the same question a couple times. Bryan patiently answered my questions until I understood. I could tell he loves his job and is very good at it. Even though it was all done over the phone (which is definitely more challenging) I got the impression he is a very smart and professional employee. Hopefully one day I can stop to meet him when I’m sure I’ll have more questions. His customer service and knowledge is a true asset to your company.
