I Wish I knew more about this dealership before we went there to purchase our vehicle the customer service is the worst. They make all these promises to you when you make your purchase, then they treat you there to purchase our vehicle the customer service is the worst. They make all these promises to you when you make your purchase, then they treat you like trash when you return to have your vehicle serviced. they never return your phone calls and act as if your harassing them. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. The quality of work is nothing but patch up work. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. From their crazy prices, to their poor customer service there is no good reason to go to this dealership. This dealership is lucky the BMWs basically sell themselves prices, to their poor customer service there is no good reason to go to this dealership. This dealership is lucky the BMWs basically sell themselves. Their sales team does whatever it takes to put you in a car, lie deceive etc. and then the service department takes over from there. Go to Braman or Holman. More
NEVER GO TO VISTA BMW OF COCONUT CREEK. I agree that Vista BMW of Coconut Creek is the worst. I recently returned 1 month early my 328 and was mistreated and discriminated against. This was my 2nd BMW Vista BMW of Coconut Creek is the worst. I recently returned 1 month early my 328 and was mistreated and discriminated against. This was my 2nd BMW and my worst experience. It cost me 2000.00 because the return manager was upset at me for being late for my return appointment! It all started when I made an appointment to return my car on a Saturday which was no problem at 330P. I showed up at 330P after making a ton of time juggling to arrange for my wife to give me a ride home. I arrived on time and was rudely told my appointment was for 3p and now I must wait. I waited 45 minutes while my wife was waiting. This screwed up my wife’s afternoon and my kid’s afternoon and my afternoon. I decided to leave and call back Monday to make another appointment. I called the same guy to make another Saturday appointment and was told that I could not have a Saturday appointment. Since I had a month left on the lease I asked about every Saturday through April and May. I was told there were no available times. This was a lie and could be conceived as discrimination. I called the general manager and never received a call back; I called again to a different manager and never received a call back. I called BMW North America to complain and they just made notes and couldn’t care less. I called back and spoke to his manager and she said it was not true. When I finally got an appointment to return the car during the week because at this point I wanted to give the car back and forget the hassle. I was met the same guy and he wrote my car up for everything in the book! New tires that have a class action suit against them for excessive wear. I had only 17, 000 miles on the car and it was in great shape after 3 years. They new about the law suit but made no efforts to understand OR to sell me another car. My car was in great condition, they even billed my for interior cleaning even after I had it cleaned! VISTA BMW OF COCNUT CREEK IS TERRIBLE - NEVER GO TO THEM. More
Disclaimer: I work in the Service Industry so I know what the words "customer service" mean...I dropped the vehicle off in January and STILL have not gotten the vehicle back for OVER TWO MONTHS TO DATE. Ther the words "customer service" mean...I dropped the vehicle off in January and STILL have not gotten the vehicle back for OVER TWO MONTHS TO DATE. There have been three change orders/stoppages in order for the insurance company to supply more $ and the motto is "wait till you hear from me"...when two or more weeks go by and you have not even gotten a courtesy call to say that they are still on it, I would say that something is wrong. IF I ever get the vehicle back, I will never drive it back to VISTA. More
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 545i and also purchased the extended warranty from Vista BMW. My car just had the catalytic converter go out, and so I made an appointment with Jay to have it serviced. Ja the extended warranty from Vista BMW. My car just had the catalytic converter go out, and so I made an appointment with Jay to have it serviced. Jay is OK to work with, but imagine my surprise when I went outside to pick up my loaner vehicle and was directed to a Volkswagen. (????). I refused the car, went back inside to speak with Jay, and was informed since I was over the original 50,000 mile warranty, then I would then be a second-class customer and given a VW. I did not purchase a VW, so why would you expect me to drive a loaner VW. Even though I purchased the extended warranty from Vista, it did not matter. Jay says, "You are guaranteed a loaner, not what kind of car it might be." This is total BS, and the dealer is disengenious, at best. To make matters worse, I was hoping to drive a relatively new 5-series, as I'd like to trade this one in, and get a new one. Now, what do you think the chances are that I will ever purchase another vehicle from Vista BMW? Zero, zero, and zero. This is a classic bait and switch, and totally unacceptable. My wife drives a Lexus, and they treat her like a queen, even though she now has 100,000 miles on her RX 330. If only Lexus had a performance vehicle like the 545, I'd do it in a hearbeat. This is just totally unacceptable, considering the $62,000 I paid for the car. Just disgusting service. Be warned, or take the consquences. More

No second key as promised,.. paperwork took so long only left me only 7 working days ( backup to my check, in case check did not clear.. it cleared.) No second key as promised,.. paperwork took so long only left me only 7 working days (to get out of state tag & registration) before temp tag expired. refused to extend temp tag. "Customer srevice mgr" gave little response to my phone calls or emails to try & resolve problems More
Simply avoid by all cost. I wanted to test drive a CPO 328i but the car was not on the top of my list. After I said, thank you and I will give you a call if I'm interested, Mr. DeBlasio would not accept 328i but the car was not on the top of my list. After I said, thank you and I will give you a call if I'm interested, Mr. DeBlasio would not accept it. He started with incentives. Then he went through kissing up "you're smart and you deserve the car". Then came intimidation "what are you afraid of kid?" (I'm 29). Next he asked his two colleagues to stand behind my back and wanted me to talk to his financial manager. I felt surrounded and felt like they're going to shoot me in a knee or something. I excused myself and left. I quoted online a few dealers and my quote request was received by DeBlasio who called me saying that he is "the only dealer I will make business with". I received several emails and phonecalls from him and started even wondering if I should inform authorities. It is SCARY, don't go there! More
I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I was told it would take about an hour. They "lost" my appoinment, and I have waited 45 minutes for someone to help me. Chris said he would be with me was told it would take about an hour. They "lost" my appoinment, and I have waited 45 minutes for someone to help me. Chris said he would be with me shortly, and told me they would farm the work out to another company. when said I had been waiting for half an hour, he was rude to me. So, this was an entirely wasted trip. I'm leaving! More
Purchased a 2006 Certified Pre-Owned 530i in May 2006. A certified pre-owned vehicle covers major repair (engine, transmission, etc.) to 100K miles. I just went over 50K miles and needed engine repair alrea certified pre-owned vehicle covers major repair (engine, transmission, etc.) to 100K miles. I just went over 50K miles and needed engine repair already. When I took my car in for service the service advisor informed me that my repair is not covered under warranty. My car is not registered as pre-owned in the BMW database even though I have in my possession a certified pre-owned card. hmmmm very odd... I called BMW corporate service center and spoke to Megan to confirm that my vehicle is indeed not covered under warranty. BMW database showed that I have maintenance extended warranty but my vehicle is not a Certified Pre-Owned. I asked Megan what is the difference between maintenance extended warranty and a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle (when I bought the vehicle it stated that it was Certified Pre-Owned). She quickly pointed me to visit bmwusa website and click on Certified Pre-Owned. She prompted me to call Vista BMW (dealership where I purchased my car) and have them rectify the issue. Promptly called Vista BMW on 9/22/2009 and spoke to several managers before I was finally transferred to the used car manager Frank Lynch. I presented my case to him and he wrote down my information and VIN number and I haven’t heard from him. 9/23/09 called Frank, he was unable to locate my sale record and requested that I faxed my Certified Pre-Owned card and sale contract to him. Promptly faxed the requested items. Haven’t heard from him again, called BMW corporate service center and spoke to Elizabeth. Dwelling through this mess about certified and so called extended warranty. I finally realized that I have been lied to and deceived by Vista BMW used car sales 3 years ago. If the car is Certified Pre-Owned the purchased of maintenance extended warranty was unnecessary because a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle covers major repair to 100K miles except for oil change, etc. This is truly a case of unfair and deceptive practices. 10/02/09 Elizabeth from BMW service called and informed me that Vista BMW indicated that I was the original owner of the vehicle. A choleric outburst, asked her to get a car fax report. Unbelievable!!!! File a complaint with the attorney general of FL Last note, I also purchased Easy Care (Road hazards warranty) through Vista BMW, supposedly accepted by all BMW service centers. It has been a lie because none of the BMW service centers are willing to accept the warranty coverage except for Vista BMW. I have been lied to and deceived again. More
Purchased my 335i convertible at Vista and I can honestly tell you that it was a pleasant one. Lino from the get go was very up front. he gave me a price over the phone and that price was honored when I walk tell you that it was a pleasant one. Lino from the get go was very up front. he gave me a price over the phone and that price was honored when I walked in,(no surprise hidden fees and such). That alone left me amazed. I shopped around the other dealers in the area and all were within $300 off each other. 3 weeks later i had a issue with the brakes, took it to service and Lino himself walked me over to the Advisor-Jay and I explained the situation. I dropped vehicle off and got a loaner. Jay called me an hour later and gave me update on the car. Late that afternoon he called me again and told me my car was ready. I would prefer if nothing ever went wrong with the car but if it does this would be the way i would want everything to go. Nice And Smooth. Lino's a good sales person and Jay seems knowledgeable and efficient. These two are a good team! More
