This my 14 car purchase. Ford.chevy.benz.pontiac previous. Brian Slocum, my service advisor, was very friendly and extremely detailed about faults and repairs been done to the car at all times, not only did they repair all that i asked for but also took care of things I had failed to notice; Once you walk in for service you do get a sense of been well taken care of, highly recommend!! More
I went to Vista BMW of coconut creek regarding a recall for my 335xi HPFP. I made an appt on a saturday at 8:15am, My service advisor Ben greeted me pleasantly within 10 minutes of me waiting and listened for my 335xi HPFP. I made an appt on a saturday at 8:15am, My service advisor Ben greeted me pleasantly within 10 minutes of me waiting and listened intently as I voiced my concerns. He set me with a loaner and called me at 4 saying that my car was ready. When I got my car, I noticed that Ben even fixed the things I neglected to mention such as the peeling on my steering wheel and wiper blade, as well as the issues. Overall a great experience and im a little taken aback by all the negative comments. More

Brought 645CiC in because it was leaking small amounts of oil on driveway. Left the car Thursday morning, 2-3 hours later receive phone call from my service tech to ask if I picked up the car. I haven't even received a phone call as to what is wrong with the car let alone come back to pick it up. Long story short they LOST MY CAR! Eventually after a few hours calls me apologizing stating it was blocked in by a shipment of cars that were just unloaded from the truck. Finally the next day the car is looked at and i'm told the leak is coming from a broken seal, gives me a quote for $1500 (roughly)!!!! THEN again i get a phone call that it was mis-diagnosed its something more = more $$$$!!!! Since he felt that it should have been misdiagnosed (and not to mention they lost the car) he sticks with the original $1500 price. You would think that's the end of the issue! oh NO! I go to pick up the car the next day and I'm waiting patiently for over 20 minutes before I go in and complain. He then takes matters into his own hands and I watch him go from the valet booth to the parking lot, and back. Then to security. Needless to say they lost the car AGAIN!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!? Found after another 15 minutes. I don't even remember the excuse he gave me this time because i was in such a rage. This is just ONE of my countless horrible experiences with VISTA and I WILL never go back even if it's the last place in Florida. More
I took my 2009 x6 for service, received loaner did walk around and marked all scratches and dings I found. When I returned car they found another scratch on back bumper and blamed me and are charging me around and marked all scratches and dings I found. They are charging me $$1300.00 and will not return my car until paid. They sent me home with no car and called a shuttle for me. Worst service ever!!! Stay away!! More
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. FROM THE SALES TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BEWARE! AFTER A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR FAULTY TIRES THEY WERE INSTALLING, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME COPIES OF MY SERVIC SALES TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BEWARE! AFTER A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR FAULTY TIRES THEY WERE INSTALLING, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME COPIES OF MY SERVICE RECORDS SO I CAN BE COMPENSATED FOR THE COST OF HAVING TO KEEP COMING BACK AND PAY TO REPLACE THEM. THEY ORIGINALLY BLAMED THE CUSTOMERS FOR WHY THE TIRES WERE FAILING. THE SERVICE MANAGER DONALD COREY IGNORED SEVERAL EMAILS AFTER PROMISING IN PERSON HE WOULD RETRIEVE MY SERVICE RECORDS. HE ASKED ME FOR THE DATES I NEEDED AND VIN #. I EMAILED HIM THE INFO SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT TRUST ANY DEALERSHIP THAT ALLOWS ITS EMPLOYEES TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH DISHONESTY, A LACK OF INTEGRITY, AND NO APPRECIATION OR RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. More
I Wish I knew more about this dealership before we went there to purchase our vehicle the customer service is the worst. They make all these promises to you when you make your purchase, then they treat you there to purchase our vehicle the customer service is the worst. NEVER GO TO VISTA BMW OF COCONUT CREEK. I agree that Vista BMW of Coconut Creek is the worst. I recently returned 1 month early my 328 and was mistreated and discriminated against. It cost me 2000.00 because the return manager was upset at me for being late for my return appointment! It all started when I made an appointment to return my car on a Saturday which was no problem at 330P. I showed up at 330P after making a ton of time juggling to arrange for my wife to give me a ride home. I arrived on time and was rudely told my appointment was for 3p and now I must wait. I waited 45 minutes while my wife was waiting. This screwed up my wife’s afternoon and my kid’s afternoon and my afternoon. I decided to leave and call back Monday to make another appointment. I called the same guy to make another Saturday appointment and was told that I could not have a Saturday appointment. Since I had a month left on the lease I asked about every Saturday through April and May. I was told there were no available times. This was a lie and could be conceived as discrimination. I called the general manager and never received a call back; I called again to a different manager and never received a call back. I called BMW North America to complain and they just made notes and couldn’t care less. I called back and spoke to his manager and she said it was not true. When I finally got an appointment to return the car during the week because at this point I wanted to give the car back and forget the hassle. I was met the same guy and he wrote my car up for everything in the book! New tires that have a class action suit against them for excessive wear. I had only 17, 000 miles on the car and it was in great shape after 3 years. They new about the law suit but made no efforts to understand OR to sell me another car. My car was in great condition, they even billed my for interior cleaning even after I had it cleaned! VISTA BMW OF COCNUT CREEK IS TERRIBLE - NEVER GO TO THEM. More
