Vista BMW Coconut Creek had amazing customer service. I was shopping around for a car for about 2 months. Even though I liked the majority of cars I saw and pricing was even reasonable, I still felt uneasy was shopping around for a car for about 2 months. I am a sales person, so coming from the industry I was very uneasy on whether I really was getting the 'best deal'. I went to Vista BMW pompano first and they showed me dirty cars??? I was in shock that you would let a client test drive a filthy car? Maybe I'm picky but it rubbed me the wrong way and I went to Vista Coconut to continue my search for BMW's. I was greeted by Alan Webster. Very well put together and kind spirited young man. What made me feel comfortable with him instantly is that he told both my boyfriend and I that he was paid a salary and did not benefit on how much we paid for the car we wanted. There was a plaque stating these facts. That alone set me at ease. I knew there were no scams or $$ that was benefiting him in this deal. He was very calm spirited and there was no 'pushy used car salesman' about him at all. I was trading my P.O.S. car in with the deal and Vista Coconut offered me $1500 more than what Carmax offered me! The sticker price for my car of choice was $28500. With my trade in and negotiation, I paid $19000 for a beautiful BMW! And wait, the story is not over. Since my boyfriend was paying cash for this transaction, Alan offered to drive my beau to the bank for the cash. When they drove all the way there and they couldnt get $$ from the drive thru tellers, Alan offered to drive all the way home with us to pick up a check that was 40 mins away! For a salesman that is not working on commission, to do that, says alot about his standard for customer service. Luckily his debt card went through for the amount. Alan went over and beyond to make sure were comfortable at all times. The transaction from beginning to end took 2 hours! I was expecting an all day thing. The only critisizm that I do have is that I was under the impression that my car had blue tooth capabilities and satelliete radio. I ASSUMED that it came in the car because it had the buttons on the steering wheel and dash. You know when you ASS-U-ME... OVERALL both my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our experience with Alan and Vista BMW Coconut Creek. More
I have purchased 2 used BMWs (Z4 and 750LI)form Vista Coconut Creek over the past 2 1/2 years. I can honestly say that I have never had an unpleasant experience and I felt that negotiations/pricing were reasonable at purchase and servicing. The few mechanical problems I've experienced were properly handled under either the initial warranty or extended warranty which I purchased ($50 co-pay for each visit). By and large, I found the service techs knowledgeable and only once did I have to return because the initial problem was misdiagnosed. All in all I guess my experiences are at polar opposites with many of the negative ones cited here. More
I purchased a Certified used 2010 1 series(BMW Executves car)from Vista which came with a clean car fax and had 4,300 miles. The fiasco that ensued is too lengthy to describe in detail but let's just say that after I handed my car to Vista I couldn't even find out whether it was in service or the body shop, the sales tech who received the car left for vacation, assigned no one to handle the car and I couldn't find out ANYTHING about when it would be done or how it was going. In addition Vista's body shop delivered the car back to me much worse than it was when I took it to them. After working with BMW customer service the bottom line is that Vista basically told me to go to hell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. After you sign on the dotted line, their commitment is DONE. Took car in for idling problem and new front tires. Car returned with many more paint chips and scratches on front end, hood, side mirrors, and windshield. Invoice said car was driven 1 mile while the odo returned with many more paint chips and scratches on front end, hood, side mirrors, and windshield. Invoice said car was driven 1 mile while the odometer said the car was driven 21 miles. The service personnel who test drove the car said at most they drove it for 9 miles (3 different people drove the car). The new tires clearly had a thick layer of gray-white dirt on them from being driven on a dirt/gravel surface where small rocks could have been thrown up and cause the paint damage. The service personnel were extremely rude and insulting and would do nothing to explain the evidence of the car being driven more than reported on a surface other than a normal road and would do nothing to address the damage that was not there when I dropped off the car. Instead they treated me like garbage. I will not be going there again and I am not likely to buy a BMW in the future as a result of this experience. More
My family has multiple BMW's. I have been an excellent BMW customer for years. I must say my experience with the Vista BMW service department was horrible. I was mislead and even lied to about my car being fixed. I left my car overnight and was promised to have it fixed in a couple of hours. After purchasing an 18-month $4000 BMW Platinum extended warranty, I got a call the next day by STEVE COHEN (service advisor) saying my car would not be covered under warranty. It was not only disappointing, but presented in an extremely rude and arrogant manner. As much as my family believes in BMW vehicles, I would strongly recommend to avoid this dealership at all costs. There are other BMW dealers in the South Florida area who have excellent customer service and truly care about their customers. West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale both have dealerships that are MUCH better choices. Again, avoid this service department or you will be writing your own NEGATIVE review !!! More

We ordered a white X5 with gray leather seats and bamboo paneling. We get the car...not the correct paneling. "Oh this has never happened to us before". Ok. What are you going to do about it? "It will cost you 2500 dollars to change it". What? Where is the paperwork we signed showing that those were our specs? Not available..."there aren't any". "We will have a manager call you". No call. Two weeks into having my new X5 I realized I never received an update from Geico regarding my new car...previous salesman have always called Geico for us, so we just didn't think of it. We call Geico...they never received a phone call from our Vista salesman. Great. I was driving an uninsured car for two weeks! Thanks a lot Vista BMW motors for nothing! I will make sure I tell both my brother (who leases two BMWs every 3 years) and my co-workers...don't get your car from this dealership. You are treated as a 'nobody' and they do not value your business. More
I recently purchased/leased a 2011 BMW 335 diesel. I could not be happier with the service I was given. These folks are very attentive and willing to meet your needs. I had worked with a fellow named "Lino" who was outstanding at what he does. Knowledable about the product, passionist about the brand and understood that I had a budget. He did not try to "just sell a car" but to make a long-term customer. I be buying "ALL MY FUTURE VEHICLES" with Mr.Lino Menendez and at the Vista BMW location. I have been going to Vista BMW for many years. I have NEVER had a problem. They are extremely professional and have a great deal of knowledge. I was sold a car as is but was told it was never in an accident. Found out it was in an accident and was never inspected. I received the car in very dirty conditions with no gas in it. I called the Better Business Bureau only to find out that they have had 32 complaints over the last three years and have an overall "F" score which is the worst score possible. If you get caught in this scam ask for the manager and threaten to call BMWNA. The 'legally required' FEE will be waived. I suggest you use a different dealer for warranty work. More
