Eddie Crocetti and Lorraine Faqundes are the sales associates I dealt with; they say one thing and do another. Should you choose to purchase a vehicle from Vista Motors, make sure you bring a lawyer, an accountant and Dr. Phil with his lie detector team. Don’t be so excited about buying a new vehicle that you don’t check out the accessories promised. i.e.: power seats that I was promised by Lorraine who told me in the morning the vehicle had power seats there web page also ad also stated power seats for that car and after the deal was done I was informed it didn't. Lorraine knew this because in the morning she drove the vehicle around the back of the dealership to save the car for me, upon entering the new vehicle Lorraine would immediately know the seat was not powered after adjusting the seat to drive. She had plenty of time to call me on the phone and inform me of this. Instead she chose to tell me after the deal was completed. Additionally I was informed I would receive a prorated credit for the maintenance time left on the traded in vehicle. Not so. Value of maintenance plan- $640, power seats value $ 900. I feel violated and cheated. More
Saturday morning I spoke with Joe at Vista. He advised that the car equipped the way I wanted it was in the storage lot and that it was not new but was in the loaner fleet. I asked for him to send me the that the car equipped the way I wanted it was in the storage lot and that it was not new but was in the loaner fleet. I asked for him to send me the build sheet and let me know the miles. He agreed. He sent me the build sheet but not the miles. I asked him for the miles and he replied We can have the car here in about 30 minutes time once we make a deal. I replied back confirming that he expects a customer to make a deal before he can tell me the miles...To which there was no response. I did go to your dealership Saturday afternoon. Joe had already gone home. I spoke with an older gentlemen who sites near the yellow (i think one serious). He told me that the car was not showing up in your inventory but may be at their other Vista location. I asked him to check. He told me he could not check. I advised that according to Joe it may be a loaner. He said that is impossible as BMW would never put a sport line into the loaner fleet because the front and rear tires are different sizes. Obviously he does not know their product as they have 4 225/45/18 size tires. BMW does put them in loaner fleets as I have seen them an other dealers. He said he could sell me the one on the showroom floor which did not meet my criteria. I again advised that I was interested in the one that Joe and I were talking about. He told me he could not help. So I left. More
When a Dealership makes the decision to enter into internet sales, it requires a great deal of honesty and integrity due to the tremendous amount of trust thats required of both buyer and seller. In t internet sales, it requires a great deal of honesty and integrity due to the tremendous amount of trust thats required of both buyer and seller. In the case of VISTA and their salesman Richard Roe, none of those qualities described exist. Richard will lie to you just to get the sale and when you bring his lies to his attention, he will simply ignore you because after all, he allready has your money and could care less if he ever hears from you again. The problem is, the consummer is stuck with his lies. That is the reason for this post. I am attempting to warn consummers before they ever attampt to do business with this firm. Just read all the previous posts - that I failed to do. Stay away from this dealership and most of all this salesmen!!! More
Although they were asked to do so these guys failed to disclose the $699 dealer fee until I received the bill. They indicated that dealer fee is irrelevant as long as they committed to an overall price. disclose the $699 dealer fee until I received the bill. They indicated that dealer fee is irrelevant as long as they committed to an overall price. I personally found this disclosure and business practice legally very interesting. In addition to paying the fee, the title work, the inspection of the car and shipping were entirely processed through me directly and paid by me. Then I have yet to understand what the fee is about and why they did not disclose It. finally, the car was advertised as a sport model although it was the top of the line model with every single option. That did not give me too much confidence about their product knowledge although it turned out to be at my advantage. A more positive note, car is in perfect shape. Thank you, More

FEB 2012 i haD issues with my car were the gears wers skipping on a M3 under 100k miles (2003). i brought it in for service. BMW called me back & said it was the hydrolic pump that needed to be replace, i said fix it. They called back again & said the clutch needed to be replaced as well, i said fix it. They then again called & said the fuel pump needed replacing for the car to work fine I said fix it. the bill was OVER 15k!!! BMW USA got 5k off (GOOD WILL). All in all spent a little over 11k to fix the car. 6 & a half months later the car is giving the same symptoms. i brought it in & they said its now the #2 fuel injector but is not sure thats the issue (To confirm the failure it must be moved to another cylinder. It is possible there is another issue causing the fault) & want me to pay another $525 when the previous work is warrantied. So basically they have no clue if thats even whats wrong & want more MONEY!!! in addition the service agent calls back AGAIN & said the pullies that support the belts need replacing & thats another $225 plus tax! This dealership is a bunch of CROOKS looking to get over on people. I would stay far from VISTA BMW COCONUT CREEK!!!! More
It seems everytime I get my car back from this dealer someone intentionally scratches my paint. Maybe the angry valets. Maybe the carwash? I would try one of the higher rated dealers either in Lauderdale someone intentionally scratches my paint. Maybe the angry valets. Maybe the carwash? I would try one of the higher rated dealers either in Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. Dont trust them with your expensive BMW, they will treat it like a Chevy Cavalier More
First time on the service department and will never return. I left my pre-owned 328i (bought 6 months ago)for 60,000 miles maintenance after received the quote for $275 and ended up paying $ 308.00 for return. I left my pre-owned 328i (bought 6 months ago)for 60,000 miles maintenance after received the quote for $275 and ended up paying $ 308.00 for check and oil change($10 fee for shop supplies despite parts replaced cost $ 65.00). Steve Cohen explained that the maintenance was already due last year (sales never told that was due). The worst thing is I expected to have muy car washed and vacummed as it says on the representative's desk (courtesy of the dealer) but they bring it more dirty than clean. Finest cars should be cleaned on a professional manner (most Mercedes Benz dealeres do this for free) but mine looks like a cheap BMW. When I complained about this, Steve Cohen said our "courtesy" car wash is done by the machine ($ 5.00 on any gas station). Ironically, this "representative" has a shiny picture on his desk of a red muscle american GTO car. More
I had the most AMAZING experience when buying a 2008 z4 BMW recently. Daniel Dumercy, the Sales Consultant, and Marcos Blanco, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond my expectations. From test driving, BMW recently. Daniel Dumercy, the Sales Consultant, and Marcos Blanco, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond my expectations. From test driving, to explaining the features of the car, to helping me research the Kelly book value, to facilitating the financing, interacting with my insurance company,-- it was all so professionally and seamlessly handled. Within 24 hours, I was driving my new (pre-owned) BMW Z4 home! I highly recommend your this team to anyone, particularly the two gentlemen I dealt with. ASK FOR DAN! More
These guys are liars and con artist. After they get your money they will not call you back. Do not buy a car from these guys. I bought a low mile BMW 6 Series. Was told it was perfect and had been thru t money they will not call you back. Do not buy a car from these guys. I bought a low mile BMW 6 Series. Was told it was perfect and had been thru the shop. I am a long time BMW customer and have bought over 14 cars over the phone at authorized BMW dealers. I know what to ask and I asked if the car had any problems or leaks. I know leaking BMWs are expensive to repair. They said they would send it thur the shop before pick up. They assured me that is was perfect. We I received the car the water pump was leaking and had been for quite a while as corrosion was built up under it. Also broken speaker, loose door panel etc. was not disclosed. Would not repair. Do not buy from these con artist. Richard Roe and manager Mark Cohen are no good. I am in the process of looking for a new 7 series now and They do not want your business after they sell you one car.
