First, the it became obvious that although I had several service issues, which were covered under warranty, the service rep had an excuse for not doing anything except an oil change. I also had several question about minor technical issues. The BMW genius, who is about 30 years old, treated me as is I was completely stupid. I am a veteran USN nuclear submarine electronic technician and retired electronic controls engineer. I asked specifically about the cell phone disclaimer on all new BMW windshields(upper left corner) which states the the warranty is voided if you use a cellphone without an outside antenna. None of the BMW reps, salesmen or sales managers could give me a straight answer on this simple question. I left Vista, when the oil change was completed and later found out that they ha overfilled the oil. I discovered this on a road trip to Connecticut. The BMW dealer in Hartford CT (New Country) corrected the overfill. Thank goodness that New Country BMW were capable and very professional. STAY AWAY FROM VISTA BMW at Coconut Creek FL. More

The front desk attendant was very sweet, took my information, and immediately took me to meet a manager, Armando, whom I asked to speak to. Armando was fantastic - he took me around to see the car I was interested in, and then introduced me to Uri, a sales consultant. Uri showed us several BMWs and expanded my search with his knowledge of the vehicles. Uri was not pushy, nor was he overbearing. He was able to teach us about the car and show us the advantages and disadvantages in a clear fashion (the disadvantages being the power of the cars 328i vs. 335i vs. 535). If you are looking for a great individual to sell you a car, ask for Uri. He will not disappoint. Thank you Vista BMW! More

They called me 100 times I bought a BMW X3 45 days back and the vehicle is good. However the service provided by Sevy Martin and his manager is worst. They called me 100 times before buying the car and the minute i bought the car they are not picking the call or responding my emails. I have asked for car fax for my car and also i have asked for the latest brake service records. Also i was referred by my friend who has already bought a vehicle form Vista coconut creek and he has not got his referral bonus till date. I have sent few emails called savy Martin the sales guy almost 15 times but no response. If anyone is planning to buy with them i would suggest please look for other dealers because we will be treated as nothing after we buy from them More

Are you thinking about buying a BMW at Vista BMW Coconut Are you thinking about buying a vehicle in Vista BMW of Coconut Creek? Think about it many times before doing so. You could be one more victim of Are you thinking about buying a vehicle in Vista BMW of Coconut Creek? Think about it many times before doing so. You could be one more victim of their deceptive and misleading process like what happened to me. Unfortunately, sometimes we read the reviews too late, after we have already purchased. This is my case: After they had shown us a various used cars, and having test driven one car that didn’t ride very well, the sales rep Angel Cruz invited me and my son to sit down at his desk. There he tells me he has a new car to offer me, a 2014 535 and that he would sell it to me for the price of a used one. When they tell you something like that in a place like this, one can only imagine that it will be a great purchase. He offered it to me for $53,995, which I thought to be reasonable considering it was a new car. I offered $50,000, to which he told me he had to consult with the manager because the offer was a little low. Shortly after he reappears and tell me my offer had been approved. We see the car, and when he offers to test drive the car I tell him that it is not necessary because it is new, and new is new. At this moment they began the credit approval process and when everything was approved they tell me in a very subtle way that the car has some miles because a manager had been using it. After asking how many miles the car has they tell me “approximately 6,400”, but that the car had all of the warranties and that officially I would be the 1st and only owner since it belonged to the Dealer. Coming from a company so big and prestigious I decided to continue with my purchase. I agreed to return and after having found out from another Dealer that the car had its first maintenance 1 year a 3 months ago and seeing that I was about to purchase, they tell me that they will give me an additional year of warranty and that they would also include the Gap Insurance. At this point I felt like I needed to proceed with much more reserve, but because I had very limited time to start another car search as I would be traveling back to Puerto Rico in 2 days, I proceeded to complete the purchase and sign the documents. The next day, I pick up the car and use it a couple of days. When I return to Puerto Rico I leave the car in my son’s house (FL) who would use it on rare occasions while I came back. One week later, the Check Engine light turns on in the instrument panel. My son took the car to get checked and was told that the Emission Pump was broken (something very rare to break, especially in a car with such little use), and that they did not have the part available. We left the car with the dealer for an entire week until they finally changed the part. 2 days later the car registers another fault in the instrument panel, in this case in relation to the Emergency Brakes. My son once again takes the car to the dealer. After verifying they notify us that even though the car registered a fault in the system, that they had not found anything and that the car was in perfect conditions. However, at this time I had began to believe that there was something else because there is no way that in such a short amount of time the car had 2 serious faults. I notified them by writing that it was not possible that a car with such advanced technology, brand and price had no issues after having notified that it did and that there had to be a cause. I asked that they provide in writing that if the car had another fault that they would cancel the order and would provide me with a new car as they had originally offered me. I would not take the car out of the dealership, I would also not make any further payments and they would have to refund me of $4,000 that I had paid with my American Express. After various mailings and conversations I meet with Armando, the used car department manager. In our meeting, Armando confesses that the car was a Loaner, but that because I had already signed all of the documentation and had accepted the car with its millage that he could not do anything, that the car was mine, and that the only thing he could do was repair it every time it had an issue. I notified him that this was not acceptable, that they tricked and deceived me. First they offered me a new car, then they said that only the Manager had used it, and finally it results that they deceptively sold me a Loaner which has been used by dozens of individuals that tried the car with no care for it. As a result the car is a “lemon” and it’s such a bad “lemon” that not even the specialized technicians have been able to identify what caused the failure in the brake system. Any other failure could cause an accident which could even result in a fatal accident in which someone else or myself could lose their lives. BMW North America is informed of this case and has not done anything to revert this fraud. For these reasons I have decided to leave the car in their dealership and hire a lawyer to enforce my rights. I will update and inform you at the end of this lawsuit, which in only just beginning.
