Terrible!! Worst customer service ever! They just care when you buy cars not when you need help from them! Bought 3 vehicles from them but i will never do the sa Worst customer service ever! I had to get a loaner after taking back my car for the 4th because of a recurring issue, when i was driving the loaner on 95 a little rock hit the car and made a dent smaller than the size of a penny. Took back the loaner and they wanted to charge me 500 dollars!! First of all i had the loaner because the car that you sold me had an issue, if i was driving my car that would've been covered with my insurance. I talked to the manager, he said he was going to get back to me... it's been a year and i'm still waiting for his call. Very very disappointed!! More
Genius appointment I came in for a couple of services for my car . While I was waiting , I went over to the genius center & met Bryan Rivera . Pushed me out the door. I was at the Coconut Vreek location on 8/14/2016. I met with Don who was friendly and courteous. I explained that I wanted to trade in my leased vehic I was at the Coconut Vreek location on 8/14/2016. I met with Don who was friendly and courteous. I explained that I wanted to trade in my leased vehicle and consider the 2 series. I explained that I had spent 4 years building my credit, and although I might be upside down, Raul said I should come in anyway since there were many options. I explained to Don that I hadn't made a final decision on what vehicle to choose but that I would Ike to see and test drive the 2 series. My husband also discussed the fact that he's been through two BMW vehicles and was looking to trade in for their SUV. Don proceeded to take my insurance card, drivers license, and a picture of my payoff amount on my leased vehicle. Then he said they needed to inspect my car. My husband and I waited a f ew minutes. Soon Don returned and told us we should sit with his manager, Alex. Alex asked us how much we wanted to pay and what car we were looking for. He then took out a sheet of paper and proceeded to write down how much our payments would be on a 2 and a 3 series. I told him I was on a budget and hadn't shopped around but was open to what he thought was the best he could do. He then said that only true BMW drivers understand the cost of owning a BMW. And if I wasn't sure about choosing BMW then I wouldn't understand their cost. Basically he never asked how much I would be willing to put down. Never bargained or negotiated with me at all. Never offered a demo and how that choice might work out better. Never discussed used vehicles. I never even drove a car. My husband even told him that he had purchased 2 BMW's at his location!! Alex literally convinced me NOT to buy at his dealership. I've never had this kind of terrible sales experience before. I was prepared to put a substantial amount of money down, but was never asked. In fact, Don Recommended I go to Hendrickson Toyota down the road cause he had a friend their!. I took my paperwork back and walked out. Will never visit that dealer again. More

Despite BMW's campaign I decided to also do my own leg work and a visit to VISTA was one of the natural stops. The sales person Ovid was helpful and understunding; however he knew little about the car. (I was looking at the 7 series again). The finance Manager, Alex was a different story. When the numbers didn't work (I already had a quotation from another place) he quickly became rude, dismissive, rolled his eyes and basically pointed my fiancé and I towards the door. Like the most of you I have owned several cars but never in my life have come across such an arrogant, cocky, rude person. I think he forgot that we are the consumers. You are a car salesman my friend! So I took my 100K plus and gave them to someone else!!! I will never, ever step foot in that place again. More
CAN'T EVEN CHANGE THE OIL PROPERLY! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! This was my first and last service visit to Vista BMW. I brought my 2013 X5 35d in for routine service and oil change. First, the it became obvious th This was my first and last service visit to Vista BMW. I brought my 2013 X5 35d in for routine service and oil change. First, the it became obvious that although I had several service issues, which were covered under warranty, the service rep had an excuse for not doing anything except an oil change. I also had several question about minor technical issues. The BMW genius, who is about 30 years old, treated me as is I was completely stupid. I am a veteran USN nuclear submarine electronic technician and retired electronic controls engineer. I asked specifically about the cell phone disclaimer on all new BMW windshields(upper left corner) which states the the warranty is voided if you use a cellphone without an outside antenna. None of the BMW reps, salesmen or sales managers could give me a straight answer on this simple question. I left Vista, when the oil change was completed and later found out that they ha overfilled the oil. I discovered this on a road trip to Connecticut. The BMW dealer in Hartford CT (New Country) corrected the overfill. Thank goodness that New Country BMW were capable and very professional. STAY AWAY FROM VISTA BMW at Coconut Creek FL. More
Ask for Vincenzo Pintone I walked in to the showroom not knowing whether i could afford a BMW. It is hard for someone who is not from the U.S to get a car here, but the dealer I walked in to the showroom not knowing whether i could afford a BMW. It is hard for someone who is not from the U.S to get a car here, but the dealership was extremely helpful and worked out a great deal for me. Vinny is a great guy and helped me jump through all the hoops. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW. More
VISTA BMW THE WORST!!!!!!! VISTA BMW told me I needed all this expensive work done & that new parts were bad!!!! Excellent Experience I went to Vista BMW last night and had a fantastic experience from walking in to leaving the dealership. The front desk attendant was very sweet, t I went to Vista BMW last night and had a fantastic experience from walking in to leaving the dealership. The front desk attendant was very sweet, took my information, and immediately took me to meet a manager, Armando, whom I asked to speak to. Armando was fantastic - he took me around to see the car I was interested in, and then introduced me to Uri, a sales consultant. Uri showed us several BMWs and expanded my search with his knowledge of the vehicles. Uri was not pushy, nor was he overbearing. He was able to teach us about the car and show us the advantages and disadvantages in a clear fashion (the disadvantages being the power of the cars 328i vs. 335i vs. 535). If you are looking for a great individual to sell you a car, ask for Uri. He will not disappoint. Thank you Vista BMW! More
