Horrible experience!!! I flew down from Alabama to buy what I thought was good deal on a used Nissan 370z with low miles from Vista BMW. While I waited on the paperwork to be done, my friend and I walked around the showroom and outside on the lot for 30 minutes. Many salespeople and staff walked past us but not a single person talked to us, which I thought was very odd. On the way home, I made it to Orlando and the car starting sputtering and cut off on the interstate. I was able to make it to a nearby Nissan dealership where they ran diagnostics and found $3000 worth of issues. I contacted Vista because I felt sure they would come up some solution to make the situation right. The manager refused to help in any way. I really want to believe that the salesperson, Richard Roe, and his manager, Armando Cuko, weren't away of the issues but I have my doubts. Now I have to pay 100% of the repair bill and get the car back to Alabama. I hope not all of their cars have a 3 hour time limit before something major goes wrong. Do yourself a favor and have a 3rd party inspection done before purchasing ANY car from Vista BMW! More

We ran into a gentleman named Brian Rivera he was a BMW genius expert. My boyfriend wanted to learn how to use his multimedia interface with his new BMW he purchased. Not only was Brian willing to help he was extremely informative. We had no interest on purchasing a vehicle at this time but he wanted to tell us about the amazing end of the year event at the time. He then introduced us to his car sales manager. We sat down and first started comparing numbers on a lease agreement for a three series BMW. After walking around the show room I fell in love with the X1. A couple hours later my boyfriend and I drove home and both of our BMWs. I'm sure the other geniuses are great, but I recommend that you request Bryan next time you go in for a lesson! :) More
misleading, damaged car We were misled to buy a BMW X5 demo car, which was presented as new, including on the paperwork, which turned out to have paint damage. They only remembered it was a demo with miles on board when we decided to buy that car. Even then, we received assurance that a demo car is sold as new, with all the benefits and privileges. We were shown the car dusty in the parking lot and only saw it clean after signing all the paperwork, and, of course, it is a BMW which was sold as new, so it didn’t cross our mind to check for paint damage. Shockingly, the car was "detailed" and yet somehow, somebody that has an eye for details missed 5-6 dark spots on a new white car. They also tried to trick us on the APR, agreed at 0.9%, and just by luck we noticed the APR written on our paperwork is 2.49% and a correction was made right then, but they would probably have done the same thing as with the paint chips. When we went back about the chipped paint, they treated us in an offensive manner, because, apparently, we are not high-end customers, told us that a repair would make them look worse, which we refused, and they refused to repaint the hood or take the car back. We left it there and they still performed retouching on the car without our agreement and made it even worse. So now we have a used, damaged BMW in the parking lot and a new one on paper. Be very careful when you buy from them and don't believe their word unless it is in writing. More

My salesperson Christian made the process as easy and seamless as it could be. He was respectful of my time. He was helpful with many of the aspects of the purchase. And I will definitely seek him out again for my next purchase from Vista BMW. The technology manager Kathleen was the best – you ran through all of the technology in the new car and blamed everything very well. She even set up a lot of it for me. Even Mario in the the finance department made the process extremely pleasant. This is a great dealership to deal with. More

I had to get a loaner after taking back my car for the 4th because of a recurring issue, when i was driving the loaner on 95 a little rock hit the car and made a dent smaller than the size of a penny. Took back the loaner and they wanted to charge me 500 dollars!! First of all i had the loaner because the car that you sold me had an issue, if i was driving my car that would've been covered with my insurance. I talked to the manager, he said he was going to get back to me... it's been a year and i'm still waiting for his call. Very very disappointed!! More

Pushed me out the door. I was at the Coconut Vreek location on 8/14/2016. I met with Don who was friendly and courteous. I explained that I wanted to trade in my leased vehicle and consider the 2 series. I explained that I had spent 4 years building my credit, and although I might be upside down, Raul said I should come in anyway since there were many options. I explained to Don that I hadn't made a final decision on what vehicle to choose but that I would Ike to see and test drive the 2 series. My husband also discussed the fact that he's been through two BMW vehicles and was looking to trade in for their SUV. Don proceeded to take my insurance card, drivers license, and a picture of my payoff amount on my leased vehicle. Then he said they needed to inspect my car. My husband and I waited a f ew minutes. Soon Don returned and told us we should sit with his manager, Alex. Alex asked us how much we wanted to pay and what car we were looking for. He then took out a sheet of paper and proceeded to write down how much our payments would be on a 2 and a 3 series. I told him I was on a budget and hadn't shopped around but was open to what he thought was the best he could do. He then said that only true BMW drivers understand the cost of owning a BMW. And if I wasn't sure about choosing BMW then I wouldn't understand their cost. Basically he never asked how much I would be willing to put down. Never bargained or negotiated with me at all. Never offered a demo and how that choice might work out better. Never discussed used vehicles. I never even drove a car. My husband even told him that he had purchased 2 BMW's at his location!! Alex literally convinced me NOT to buy at his dealership. I've never had this kind of terrible sales experience before. I was prepared to put a substantial amount of money down, but was never asked. In fact, Don Recommended I go to Hendrickson Toyota down the road cause he had a friend their!. I took my paperwork back and walked out. Will never visit that dealer again. More

The sales person Ovid was helpful and understunding; however he knew little about the car. (I was looking at the 7 series again). The finance Manager, Alex was a different story. When the numbers didn't work (I already had a quotation from another place) he quickly became rude, dismissive, rolled his eyes and basically pointed my fiancé and I towards the door. Like the most of you I have owned several cars but never in my life have come across such an arrogant, cocky, rude person. I think he forgot that we are the consumers. You are a car salesman my friend! So I took my 100K plus and gave them to someone else!!! I will never, ever step foot in that place again. More
