The professionalism, the courtesy, the care, the time spent, the knowledge...from sales to finance to Genius Center, to service, to detailing...all far beyond our expectations. Rico Irvarren, our sales expert, who made it a Pressureless, pleasant experience which we have never encountered on any of our previous car purchases- from Acura to Fiat, to Mercedes....to Porsche, this was seamless and felt like they really cared what we thought, what we wanted and our expectations... Then, off to finance, Ramces Hernandez- beyond Caring, informative, helpful and put us both at ease with such a large purchase...he went above and beyond to explain, offer suggestions and never pushing us into anything unnecessary....leaving us with a purchase we never need to worry about doaling out tons more cash for service or repairs...every “I” was dotting and “t”’s crossed and again- No Pressure. Enjoyable conversations, personal and personable..a true human being with a real heart. After all papers were signed and initialed, getting late, decided to leave and make an appt with the Genius Center to go over the intricate workings installed in the car and then return for the additional coating protection - exterior and interior. Instead, we called for an appt and Rico and Ramces fortunately were side by side and made one appt to do it All Today. Today, Saturday, we drove to Vista BMW, saw Rico, who remembered our names...saw Ramces, where we needed to sign a couple more papers And they set us up with Bryan Rivera, the Genius who took control, made sure our car was totally detailed as quoted and we carefully went through the electronics and anything else we needed questions answered. All this was with comfort and ease..no stress, no feeling “less than”. We have a “go to”person in service and can call Rico anytime and he will help us. What a good feeling! Thank you to all who helped us through the journey people dread- Buying A Car.... I hope the owners of Vista realize and compensate the great employees they have. We saw first hand, people who actually care about their jobs and show it through actions and words.... And again as we did 18 months earlier when looking to buy our X6 we experienced the same unsatisfactory service, they aren't interested in the sale. We bought the X6. Again we went with Vista BMW, this is our second BMW purchase from Vista and we are very much satisfied with the whole experience at Vista!
