Comfortable buying experience with Billy I was looking to get my first BMW and I'm glad I ended up at Concord BMW. Unlike other dealers, Concord BMW had multiple models of the car I was look I was looking to get my first BMW and I'm glad I ended up at Concord BMW. Unlike other dealers, Concord BMW had multiple models of the car I was looking for (BMW 435i coupe). This was an important factor because I did not want to wait months after buying for delivery. At BMW Concord, I was able to choose a car very close to my desired one. My sales person was Billy Billoo. Billy made the buying experience easy and not uncomfortable. In the past I've dealt with pushy and aggressive sales people who've made car buying as comfortable as getting a root canal. Billy was knowledgeable about the car and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. He answered all of my questions and did not try to "hide the ball" or try typical sales tactics. I think part of this buying experience was a reflection of the research I'd done about the car/options/true pricing/etc. As with any other big purchase, it always helps to do your own research beforehand to make the buying experience comfortable and prevent buyer's remorse. In the future, I'd gladly return to BMW Concord for my car needs. More

I came into BMW Concord expecting the high pressure and lies like I experienced at the other dealership, and to my surprise, it was the opposite. I had a salesman by the name of Boris and he did not pressure and was very upfront. I bought my first BMW Z4. I had a few minor adjustments and options that I wanted after my purchase. The service representatives Eric and Adam were great. Communication, professionalism, and the treatment I received was the very for first for me. I have bought various vehicles from different dealership throughout the bay area and this has been the best. Both Sales and Service has been great and I have no reservations in recommending this dealership. Other dealerships would benefit from having their Sales and Service Representatives model after BMW Cconcord. Customer service should always take priority in any business providing services, especially after making an investment such as car purchase and service. In my experience with other dealership I was made to feel like they were doing me the favor in the purchase and servicing of my vehicle. A WONDERFUL buying experience!! I have been stopping by Concord BMW for a couple of years now, as I am an enthusiast of BMWs, especially the 3 Series Sedans. I have done my share of reading and research, and really enjoy seeing the cars up close. It just so happens that I met Ken about 4 months back while looking at the Certified Used BMW inventory. He was the salesperson that approached me. He never pressured me, and was very patient, very aware of the huge inventory of 3 series sedans that were there, and VERY knowledgeable not only of the options available, but on the history of changes the 3 series have gone through over the years. This last weekend my son and I had been at Waterworld cooling off and enjoying ourselves. I told him I wouldn't mind stopping by and checking out the 335d's that were in stock. After looking around, Ken just so happened to be the salesperson that approached us. He remembered our last encounter, which I thought was very impressive. He loaded us up in the dealership golf cart, and we drove all around the used car area. He showed me every 335d that was there. They have such an expansive inventory, it was quite fun! I told him they weren't quite what I was looking for, and he seemed to know from our previous conversations what I was looking for. I was in no hurry to give up my current BMW if it wasn't quite right. As a final stop, we went into the detail area where models were getting prepped for the lot. He found the space gray one he was searching for. It was perfect! It was the color I wanted, with the engine I was dreaming about. It also had the options I valued. As torn as I was in giving up my gasoline model 328, we worked out the numbers and it was a deal. My son was worried we would be there a while doing the paperwork, and Ken assured us it wouldn't be too long. It was quick, painless, no gimmicks or sneaky moves... Perfect! Ken Gonsalves is personable, professional, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. He even told me about his kids and family, which I thought was terrific. I had a great experience, and am the proud owner of my 4th 3 series. This is a great car, and he made it a great experience! More
