I've been driving BMW's for just over 25 years, getting a new one every 4-5 years, using different dealers. BMW really made a significant improvements with "bells and whistles" with this 2010 model. Danny is by far the best sales rep I've worked with for reviewing and understanding ALL the features of the car. I didn't feel rushed through the process, his knowledge was impressive! Silly things like knowing exactly how to use the washer feature on the headlights, I've had this feature on a couple of cars and never figured out the trick. He did an excellent job reviewing the iDrive system. Great job, Danny!!! More

I recommend this dealership AND JT Zory to anyone interested in buying a BMW. My husband and I visited the lot on February 12 just to take a look at some 3 Series Certified BMWs as the one I have ha interested in buying a BMW. My husband and I visited the lot on February 12 just to take a look at some 3 Series Certified BMWs as the one I have has almost 200k miles and we thought it was time to look for a replacement. We had no intention of purchashing a car that day. JT greeted us almost immediately....he was sharp and friendly and we liked him right away. We told him we were just looking -- he asked for some specifics -- and then showed us what he had in 3 Series certifieds. He took his time and was not pushy. When I found a car I really liked he very cleverly got us to take it for a spin. And that was the dealmaker! We took it on the freeway and then to an out-of-the way area where we both drove the car. I had not planned on doing any "testing" but JT encouraged me to...and once behind the wheel I knew it was mine. The price was terrific -- mileage low (21k+) and the car was just in beautiful shape -- great tires, loved the color. So....a few hours later we were out the door with me driving my new car. I loved JT's approach and handling of the whole process -- never pushy but there was the gentle nudge that I personally needed to break down and buy a new car. I want you to know I have not looked back -- I am thrilled with my new car! It is an absolutely pleasure to drive. I get compliments all the time -- and I recommend Concord BMW to everyone who asks. Twice he fixed my wife's BMW without having us worry about anything. BMW should greatly award these two guys for the GREAT services they have provided. More
