Was told car would be ready by 6 but they close better off picking it up next morning at 8 am. Showed up next day at 10 30 they did not know where my cars was. Was told they where waiting to hear back fro off picking it up next morning at 8 am. Showed up next day at 10 30 they did not know where my cars was. Was told they where waiting to hear back from other staff member who worked day before. Mind you I payed to uber there so they payed for a uber back and said they will contact me. Once home I decided to check on my app to see where my car was.come to find out it was in the back of dealership since 6 o’clock the night before. So I went back and told them my car is here and it’s been here since last night. They checked and comfirmed but couldn’t locate my key for approx 15 minutes finally they found the key. So was told car ready by 8 am payed to uber then told they didn’t know where my car was then I figured out where my car was went back uber then they couldn’t find my key car was never washed after service tire was changed got car back air pressure in every tire was different they didn’t even maintenance the car More
I took my vehicle to have the back brake pads replaced. they ended up damaging my caliper trying to remove the pins, as they were unsuccessful. A BMW DEALER/SHOP THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THEIR OWN they ended up damaging my caliper trying to remove the pins, as they were unsuccessful. A BMW DEALER/SHOP THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THEIR OWN PRODUCT. when confronted they refused to take responsibility. make sure you guys are taking pictures before and after visiting this place. I would never trust them ever again with any service. More
