I could not have had a worse experience with the salesperson. Zain is unprofessional. First of all, before asking me put down my deposit, he agreed to give me a trunk liner for my car. But after dep salesperson. Zain is unprofessional. First of all, before asking me put down my deposit, he agreed to give me a trunk liner for my car. But after deposited, I asked him to confimed again about the trunk liner, he said “NO” but he can help me get that with some discount, which is fine. Secondly, he was trying to delay in picking up the vehicle at first, but after discussions, I was able to picked up the car on time. Thirdly, I tried to contacted him for the inspection sticker after a week but he seems like doesn’t care, lacks of communication and gives me inaccurate timeline causing me get pulled over by the corp. I will never return to buy a car at BMW Medford and I will share my experience with Everyone. More

I had a great overall experience at BMW Certified Pre-Owned Medford. Amir was friendly, professional, and persistent in his follow-up (without being pushy!). He got me a fair offer on my trade-in, ev Pre-Owned Medford. Amir was friendly, professional, and persistent in his follow-up (without being pushy!). He got me a fair offer on my trade-in, even though I bought it new from a different Herb Chambers dealership. Nick also provided smooth assistance on the trade-in day. While the finance office was closed that Sunday, Amir went the extra mile by personally delivering the check the next day. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return for future BMW purchases or sales. More
