It took two hours for an oil change and the experience was very underwhelming. The waiting area was just a few granola bars in a bowl, water, coffee, chairs, and a TV. While the car wash was done unexpectedly, done well, and done for free, the waiting time and waiting area are why I wouldn't return for any service that is (usually) short enough to wait for. More
