I told Todd what I was looking for and they were proactive about getting something that would work for my one I was impressed from the time I went in. They were measuring, letting me transfer to different vehicles, and testing out my chair in the trunk. They were not pushy at all and helped in getting a specialty thing I needed for the right price.
