This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned - mjkayla2

This summer, I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The competitive pricing made it well worth shopping online and having the vehicle shipped directly to North Carolina. From the very beginning, the team at Brookfield was professional, responsive, and transparent. They, along with the vehicle carrier, kept me informed throughout every step of the process, which made purchasing a vehicle from out of state feel easy and stress-free. When the vehicle arrived, it was in excellent condition and exactly what we hoped for. Most importantly, **my daughter was absolutely thrilled!** I truly appreciate the exceptional service, communication, and care shown throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy vehicle-buying experience—even from out of state!

Axius along with my salesman worked hard on getting me in - tuelmakr1

Axius along with my salesman worked hard on getting me in my purchase a great experience. I worked out most of my purchase with Colton Green the night prior, on the phone, to my driving 3 1/2 hours to the dealership. he was a Great help from start to finish. I think he is a great asset to this dealership. The sale went off with only a few glitches which Colton handled to make this work for me. He always returned my calls and addressed every issue to make this sale happen. My opinion is that he is a very good salesman and keeps his word even after the sale. Thank you Colton for all your help. Axius should work hard to keep you. Maybe a raise or some extra vacation time. I would recommend Colton and Axius for a very low hassle and for keeping your word sale. I appreciate you.

La Porte Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Magnuson Performance - giannis0909

La Porte Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Magnuson Performance in La Porte, Indiana are not Veteran friendly. Based upon my terrible experiences there I believe that all they care about is their profit – getting as much money from their customers as possible. I would not trust anything they say. All they want is as much money as they can squeeze out of you. Customer Beware! Let me tell you about my experiences there. First, I am a disabled veteran. I served overseas in the Western Pacific for twenty years, and have several health problems. I own a 1997 Jeep TJ. I wanted to make it as mechanically sound as possible, so I took it to Magnuson. They took a look at it and said that I needed a new frame. I told them I was at my limit about how much I was willing to put into it. The Magnusen employees, after they took a look at it told me they could do it for $10,000 to $12000. I responded that was fine and I didn't want to spend any more. They also told my friend and I that it would even include an upgrade on the lift kit on the jeep and some other minor upgrades. I agreed. I further mentioned that I understand that they make all these high end custom jeeps that were probably a higher priority – no problem, just please take your time and do a really good job on my jeep. It is my escape vehicle when the walls close in on me. They kept my jeep for over 6 months. I called several times to talk to them. They never returned any calls, I had to drive there every time, 40 minutes each way. Oh, they did call when they wanted money. Which I quickly brought them. On one visit they said they found a very good used frame, to help me save some money. It was rusty, but they said that it would be cleaned and coated. Finally, after over 6 months it was ready and I was told to bring in the final payment of $7,000 and pick up the jeep. I gave them the money and they told me that I owed them more. I asked how much? They told me they didn't know, but they would release it to me and contact me how much I owed (When they finally contacted me about the money, they told me I owed them $3,226 more, an increase of over 25%! How could they be so far off in their estimate?). Figuring it was probably a couple hundred more I took the jeep and left . The weather was bad, it was February. I didn't notice how it drove. A few days later, I drove it over to a friend's house and noticed that it pulled to the left. I took it to a repair shop and the mechanic told me the jeep was unsafe to drive. The jeep I just paid $12,000 to fix. Also, I noticed the rust was starting to come through the coating on the frame. Magnuson's guys had just painted over the rust. Great. I eventually went in and talked to Matt Magnuson and he asked me to give him a chance to make it right. I agreed. They picked it up from my apartment a few days before Thanksgiving. I drove over there at the end of November to check and they said they were getting ready to look at it. Unfortunately, I had some health problems in December and January. I called several times and left messages. Never received a return call. I went to their shop in March and found out that they had not touched the jeep! I drove over there and talked to one of the service managers and he told me to call him, even gave me his extension. I called him (This was the first time anyone talked to me when I called them.) and he answered and told me that the guy, Dave, who was responsible for my jeep and Matt Magnuson were going to have a meeting about my jeep. I was expecting a call at this point. It has been over 3 weeks and still no call.

So I wasn’t going to make a review even though I told - Baseballmantie

So I wasn’t going to make a review even though I told them I was from the first incident, but after the second one I had too. I called into Tyler like I do every month to check on a recall for my 2019 ram 2500. The recall was not available for 2019 trucks yet and would be at some point. I got Tyler on the phone and had him look up my vin number. He said “oh this is available, come bring it in (in 3 weeks) and we will do an inspection, order the parts, and do the recall of the fuel pump the next day. Set up an appointment for 3 weeks later. I borrowed my mothers vehicle, so I could drop it off because of course no loner cars, took my daughter to school, then drove to the dealership with my girlfriend to drop the truck off. Then she had to drive me back home, get the other vehicle and then drive to work. When I arrived they service advisor said. So your here for XYZ, everything else besides the recall I came for. I said, no, I’m here for the fuel pump recall, the one you assured me could be done over and over again on the phone. He said, oh well reading here we can’t do it for your truck. I said then why am I here? They said they would try and finagle the system and get it done for me. Called me back 6 hours later to tell me they couldn’t do it and come pick my truck up. Went to get my truck the next day and it’s sitting in the back when I come to Pick it up at exactly the time I told them I would be there. Hand me my keys, go to start it, and the battery is dead. In 10 inches of snow. Jumped it after a while and said the batteries had to be bad, well 4 weeks later in snow and freezing temps it starts up fine every time. I obviously told them I was upset, but decided not to do a review because people mess up, and even though it was pure ignorance, it happens. Fast forward to today. Chrysler finally revised the recall and included all 2019 trucks. I got service bulletin and called back to the dealership. Tyler fields the call from the receptionist. Doesn’t know who I am tell him who I am “, I’m the guy that brought the truck in for recall that you guys scheduled and then you couldn’t do it. He acts like he has no idea. So whatever. Looks up my information, says oh, there you are and 3 seconds later, CLICK. Not lost service on phone, the sound of a desktop phone hitting the cradle. I give them the benifit if the doubt, call back to receptionist, she transferred me over, rings and rings and rings phone gets picked up, and immediately CLICK. Hangs up. Call right back, oh they’re all busy. I said I just called 10 seconds ago and was talking to Tyler. So I ask for a service manager, she said okay hold on. Boom voicemail. I call right back, said I didn’t ask for voicemail I asked for the manager. Boom back to his voicemail. Called back again. No answer. Grab my store phone and call from that number that’s a different area code. One ring, she answers. I said hello, now can I have the manager? Him jaws around and then the manger is on the phone, tell him I’m looking into the recall and I don’t appreciate being hung up on, no apologies nothing. Finds the recall, the revision, and I said I want to do that. He said fine, we are currently on a waiting list until February. Mind you, 3 weeks ago they set me up fine and said it would be done in two days. The revision came out today. I said okay. Put me on the list, he says it’s a temporary list? I said what’s a temporary list? That makes no sense. He got My name and that’s it, and I can bet I won’t be getting a call in February for the recall. This is a classic example of incompetent employees messing up, then treating a customer with 150,000 worth of Chrysler vehicle like crap. I will remove this review once I get an apology from Tyler, the service manager, as well as the general manager and then them make it right. I’ve never seen such poor service from top to bottom across multiple interactions in my life. This was terrible.
