You Can't get any better! I have been doing business with the Sorg family for over 25 years. Most all of the vehicles I have purchased have been from them abd it is very simple I have been doing business with the Sorg family for over 25 years. We were in a bad spot. Me and my fiancé came to Sorg wanting to trade in our Jeep Wrangler that we had purchased from a local dealership. We were making a decent sized payment but our warranty was soon going to be expired. We decided that if we were going to pay for something for another 5 years we wanted to purchase something from a dealership that was well known and who offered a better, longer warranty. We were always intimidated of big dealerships thinking they wouldn't be able to help people out that had little to no down payment. We came in and talked to Patrick Beck who was very polite and genuine. He asked about our personal lives and what types of things we did. We didn't feel like just another buyer. We had found out that the wrangler we had purchased was a canadian wrangler that our previous dealership did not inform us about. Pat took us through all our possibilities and was upfront and realistic on what types of vehicles would be available for us. In the end we found ourself with a 2016 Jeep Patriot which we love. Thank you to all the Sorg staff for being honest, kind, and real with us. Me and my fiancé appreciate everything you guys did for us. More

Excellent Customer Service/Sales/Finance I went to Sorg Dodge, Inc. to simply inquire into the possibility of short-ending a current lease on a Town and Country van (from another Chrysler dea I went to Sorg Dodge, Inc. to simply inquire into the possibility of short-ending a current lease on a Town and Country van (from another Chrysler dealership); talked with Patrick Beck, Sales Consultant, for 45 minutes, and ended up leasing a new 2016 T&C Anniversary Edition of our current model, for "less monthly payments", with no money down! The prior lease, (at the other dealership), with a trade-in of "$2,800" resulted in greater monthly lease payments than the 2016, with zero down, and NO trade-in. Working with Patrick was an absolute pleasure!. He was very knowledgeable, was attentive to the options we wanted, and gave us a Great Deal. I would not only recommend Sorg Dodge, but especially Patrick as the Sales Consultant to request when you are in market for purchasing or buying a new/used Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicle. More
