I've truly never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into anything or not getting the very best service and deal that could possibly be had. Everyone we met was extremely kind and interested in our experience being positive. Everything came together better than expected and Patrick made sure that we got exactly what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. Kevin made sure that the sometimes overwhelming and intimidating mountain of paperwork and signing was well explained and understood on our end, as well as reassuring that we weren't signing anything with unknown consequences. Todd Roberts emailed me and also called. We set up an appointment for the next day. We test drove it and Todd showed us what the car had on it and explained how to use the devices. Went inside the showroom and sat down and talked about it and decided we would buy the van! Very happy we did. We would recommend Sorg Dodge to family and friends. Would rather buy from a locally owned dealership that has been in business for years. They have to do a good job in order to,stay in business! More
