It was a new vehicle but there was mud in the back seat on the floor and door and it was still there after they "detailed it" for us. Also there was tape on the inside of the windshield and Kyle went and got a razor blade and window cleaner to get it off, which was very good of him. So not too impressed with the department who got the vehicle ready. More

There was NO salesman pressure and were told if we had any more questions to give Todd call at any time. On Sunday we had decided to pursue so I called Todd and left a message. We did not expect a call back on Sunday and to our surprise Todd did call and said to come in Monday am for a test drive. How many sales guys would call you on a Sunday!! I have to say dealing with Todd Roberts has been excellent and he has been very attentive to our questions and concerns. Being a 1st time Jeep/Chrysler buyer we were treated with much respect again no pressure from the Sorg Team very pleasant. The decision to buy both vehicles was our decision and not feeling pressured to buy and we like that. Todd helped me set up my Bluetooth so I have hands free calling and showed me how to use the extras. Thank you Todd Roberts for being the best in sales!!! We love our Jeep Patriot and our son loves his 200 S Chrysler. More

First time buyer With this being my first time purchasing from a dealership, I did not know quite what to expect. I inquired about the Jeep online and Kyle responded v With this being my first time purchasing from a dealership, I did not know quite what to expect. I inquired about the Jeep online and Kyle responded very promptly and said that it was a good chance that I would get financed. He was very nice and helpful. I came in to check it out on a Thursday and filled out paperwork. Kevin did an awesome job with getting me approved. I came out Saturday and paid my down payment and filled out the paperwork. Kevin was very good at explaining everything that I was about to sign and it made me feel very comfortable. The jeep was not able to be picked up until Monday, as it was still being detailed. (Sorg purchased the Jeep the same day I came out to see it.) When I picked it up on Monday, there were only 3 floor mats and the detail work left something to be desired. After having the jeep home for a few days, I noticed a couple of tan stains on the ceiling above the back seats. Not sure what that's about, and not too sure that I want to know. At pick up, which was my first time driving it, it had less than a half a tank of gas. And it's now a week later and I am just now getting my passenger side floor mat. (The detail shop lost it, so Sorg ordered me a new one to replace it.) I was also thinking that it had a 6cyl rather than a 4cyl, but that's my fault for not being more knowledgeable about the sport model or getting more time to check it out. Overall, I'm very pleased with Kevin and Kyle. Kyle also took the time to go over all of the touch screen options and Sirius radio too. The jeep drives and runs nicely. I'm just not as pleased with the total package as what I was hoping to be. More

He was very helpful, explaining all the amenities of the vehicles we were looking at. We took a test drive and wife fell in love with the vehicle. During the whole process we never felt pressured. Kyle was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. When we finalized the deal, Mr Keene was also very helpful and informative. Great Experience I originally came to Sorg to test drive two used vehicles. They have their used cars across the street, a busy street I might add. He ran across the street to bring me the vehicles. I test drove a Jeep Cherokee and a Nissan Rogue.I like the used Nissan Rogue but it was not AWD, it was FWD. I set up an appointment with him for the next week after the holiday weekend. While working with Todd I decided on a new Nissan Rogue, these are not sold at the Sorg in Goshen. As we discussed prices he called the Warsaw Sorg and the sale prices ended that day . He went with me to Warsaw Sorg to test drive and purchase my new vehicle. He worked with me the whole time and went out of his way to get me my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my purchase with with Todd's customer service. He was kind and patient through the whole process and made it a fun and comfortable experience !! I will highly recommend him and Sorg for to my family and friends. More
