I had scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle, but it sold the night before. He called me the morning of the appointment to let me know and without pressuring me to come see what else was there let me know there were some other vehicles comparable to what I was looking for. So I went over and he had one all ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, we sat down and I was shown the CarFax, and we discussed all of the benefits of the Town & Country. Then we discussed the numbers and after agreeing on the price, I went to the financing office and worked with Kevin. Financing was easy and painless. I never once felt pressure to buy something I couldn't afford or didn't want. Todd was very helpful and easygoing through the whole process. He took the time to go over all of the features of the vehicle including setting up the Sirius satellite trial. I have been telling everyone about my great experience with Todd and Sorg. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
