I have since talked with a number of individuals who are personally acquainted with the Sorg family and all have reconfirmed this initial impression. I have heard a number of negative comments in regards to our local dealership in Warsaw, so I knew I didn't want to deal with them. The last thing I took into consideration was Sorg Dodges reputation for service to the Goshen community. 50 years in business tells me you are definitely doing something right. Rick and Kevin made this a very informal and pleasant experience, To this point Jackie and I are elated with our new Pacifica and look forward to being a part of the "Sorg family" for years to come! Made the drive all the way from Mishawaka because I felt so good about the dealership and customer service they provided over phone and email. Rick was the salesman who I signed my lease through. He has been there for 40 years...not many car salesman can say that in the industry. My mother had been interested in seeing the Wrangler up and close even though she was not interested in purchasing for a year, and he still took the time to show her and explain the different model features. Kevin in Finance works lightning fast all while being as thorough as can be. My type of worker! I definitely look forward to working with the team for years to come. Thanks again!! More

Even when we were undecided about 3 different cars that day he was very helpful and never pushy to get us in the right one for me and my family. After the paperwork was finished he even walked us through the touch screen controls to make sure we knew all about our purchase. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking into buying a vehicle not only because of the awesome salesman but after my research they seem to have the best prices in the area. More

What was even better is they aren't pushy, which 90% of dealerships are now-a-days. The salesmen make you feel like you are apart of the Sorg family , and the owner is a very kind man who is always on the floor to help if need be. In our specific case, our vehicle was breaking down as we were searching for our second vehicle, and we were waiting for the bank to speak with my husbands employer so we could be approved for the vehicle loan. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place the owner came to greet us and offered us a rental to get us by through the weekend until the bank had to contact the employer. Such a selfless act, considering we have two small children (and one on the way) this will be something I'll never forget. The whole team is amazing and I highly recommend them! More
