We went back and forth between two vehicles, and never did we feel pressured to make a decision. It took two trips, several emails and phone calls to finally make our decision. Patrick helped us every step of the way laying out all of our options. When making a big financial decision that affects me and my family on a daily basis, the last thing I want is to feel rushed or pressured, and that is why we stayed with a Sorg dealership. Patrick proved us right. On the finance side, Kevin assisted us and was great at explaining each document we were signing. Before we left the dealership, Patrick sat in the vehicle with me as the primary driver. He setup everything to my preferences, patiently explained the features of the vehicle, and never once acted like he had something better to do on a Saturday afternoon. To summarize, we drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle that we could have purchased at a dealership less than five minutes from our home, but it was worth it to buy a vehicle the Sorg way.
