Far Exceeded My Expectations This was my first car purchase from a dealer. After spending days viewing cars on various dealer site, I submitted a request to test drive a Dodge Journey. It didn't take Todd long to return my call and give me information about the vehicle. I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday since I had made afternoon appointments with a few other dealers. I went ahead and filled out the credit application so that would be out of the way. I arrived at the dealer and took the car for a test drive and loved the features. Bad Remote...Good Salesman As my husband and I were researching vehicles, we came across a few prospects at the Sorg Dodge Goshen location. We went in and test drove a couple us As my husband and I were researching vehicles, we came across a few prospects at the Sorg Dodge Goshen location. We went in and test drove a couple used vehicles and ended up purchasing a used Grand Cherokee. In the purchase, a remote-start was to be installed at a later date. After picking the Cherokee up from the installation, it was discovered the starter that was installed, was not the OEM starter that was understood to be installed. It was an after market starter that didn't function like the OEM. Once our salesman, Todd, was informed about our dissatisfaction, he made arrangements to have the first starter removed and the OEM installed for no extra charge. Todd's courteous and continual communication through the entire process was key to making what could have been a bad buying experience, into a satisfied rating experience. We would definitely work with Todd on a future vehicle purchase. Thanks, Todd! More
