Another great experience! After having such a great experience buying our truck last year we decided to come back to Sorg to get a new jeep Cherokee. Service was excellent and efficient and our salesman Todd helped us find the perfect SUV for our growing family. Anyone with children knows it's very difficult to take a three year old and a 10 week old car shopping. This place made it a breeze!! We shopped one day and bought the next day and both times by different people (one being another salesman and another being a woman in service department) we were asked if we wanted cartoons on for the three year old and popcorn to keep her busy. It's the little things like that, that make the biggest difference. You can tell this dealership works as a team and when you work as a team guests can tell. Thanks again Sorg!!!! More

They took the time to answer all my questions and teach me how to use the features in my new Grand Cherokee. Even though when we decided that the Grand Cherokee was the one for us, they didn't have the options we wanted. They got one from another dealer the very next day. They really make you feel like royalty and I wasn't just a number to them. I would recommend to go see Todd! More

Horrible Customer Service and Experience I am in the market for a new car. Todd Roberts was rude, condescending, and evasive when I asked questions regarding the Jeep Patriot being disconti I am in the market for a new car. Todd Roberts was rude, condescending, and evasive when I asked questions regarding the Jeep Patriot being discontinued at the end of 2017. He tried to steer me to a Jeep Compass which I wasn't interested in purchasing. He then continued to act extremely unprofessional and said "good luck with that" and hung up on me. My parents have always purchased vehicles from Sorg Dodge but after dealing with his bad attitude and childish antics I would never purchase anything from them. Who hangs up on a potential customer? He was basically a grown man throwing a tantrum. I am glad he displayed that attitude before I purchased anything from him. The sad part is my company is a preferred partner with this dealership and it is extremely unfortunate I was treated like this. He needs to learn what customer service actually means and how to treat people. I asked to have Randy Sorg call me so I could report Todd Roberts for the unprofessional behavior he displayed. I was told that he was too busy to speak with a customer. This is very unfortunate to me since his name is on the Dealership and I wanted him to know about this situation. More
