BEST car buying experience EVER! I recently purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Sorg in Goshen, Indiana. Hands down the best service I have ever had from a car dealer. Car dealers get a bad reputation for being pushy and rude you will NOT get that here. We worked with Todd his knowledge of the vehicles was exactly what we were looking for. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had. While we were working on the paperwork my 4 kids ares 2-10 were getting restless...that's when the manager (Ryan) stepped in put on a kid show on the T.V. and sat on the floor and watched with them. Randy is an owner and he was there talking to us as well he was very nice and very patient with my crazy kids. Kevin had the papers ready to go when we came back to pick up the car it took less than 5 minutes. Todd sent me home with a notepad and pen with his card on top told me to write down any questions that arose and call/text him and he would be there to help! Seriously I am so pleased with my experience with Sorg! Sorg went out of their way to make this experience my best car buying experience ever! Thank you for a wonderful experience we will be back when my husbands car is ready for an upgrade! More
