We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the experience that you had at Sorg Dodge. With over 53 years in business we take pride in making sure that our salespeople have completed all necessary training before helping our customers. Your salesperson, Jason, had met all of Jeep’s required training and has actually owned a Jeep Cherokee himself for over 2 years. The Jeep Cherokee you purchased was never advertised as a 4x4 on our website, by the salesperson, or on any of the numerous documents that were presented to you for your signature. The 2 front tires on the Jeep measured in at 5/32” which exceeds the 4/32” of Chrysler certification standards. When we spoke on Monday we promised to get back to you the first of the following week. When we got a voicemail the very next day we immediately returned your call. As mentioned in our phone conversation, if you are not happy with the Jeep that you purchased we would be more than happy to assist you in finding one that makes you happy. Here at Sorg Dodge customer satisfaction is our top priority. Thanks.

hahahaha. Yes I will admit we did not look at the paperwork...BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THE VEHICLE WAS A 4WD VEHICLE. I even told Mr. Billet about my first car buying experience: about how we bought a 2008 Escape and thought it was a 4wd vehicle and come to find out we got home and realized that it was OUR mistake NOT THE PERSON SELLING US THE VEHICLE,

to finish what I was typing. We knew it was our own fault that we did not realize at the time the Escape was a 4wd vehicle. And I told Mr. Billet this story and I said I did not want to make the same mistake again and he assured me it was a 4wd/awd vehicle. And regards to "all the paper work with my signature" me agreeing to pay you guys for the vehicle and for me to sign over my other 2015 Jeep Wrangler? No one ever went over any paperwork with us....at all. We spent most of our time looking out your other inventory and wondering why one of the Grand Cherokee's was higher priced then the other...we even asked Mr. Billet and he explained it was the different packages that came with the Grand. And oh in regards to the tires that is a joke...one number better geez thanks.....And I bought up to Ryan you guys never even offered for me to come back in to remedy the situation, then when I mentioned that he finally said well of course that could be an option. I have followed up with Jeep and they honestly-it is when you tell the truth just in case you two did know that honesty means...but I digress Jeep is not happy at all with the service I received during and after the sale. take care thanks!
