Made a scheduled appointment to get some open recalls done on truck. Was supposed to take 8 hrs. ended up be 4 days. When I got it back my radio was unprogrammed and my remote starter door lock wasn't wo done on truck. Was supposed to take 8 hrs. ended up be 4 days. When I got it back my radio was unprogrammed and my remote starter door lock wasn't working. I asked if they had the battery unhook to do what had to be done. Both the service manager and tech said no battery was not unhooked. But they couldn't explain to me why my stuff wasn't working. Seemed to not care about trying to fix it. Noticed random wires hanging down from under the dash not hooked up to anything that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Everything was in working order when I dropped it off to them. So know I have to schedule an appointment with another place to get it fixed and pay for it out of my pocket. So I've told all my friends and family to tell everyone they know not to go there. More

Brought in for recall and diagnose transmission Went in for recall and was having them scan codes for transmission they informed me that they had to put new filters (because they weren't "filters fr Went in for recall and was having them scan codes for transmission they informed me that they had to put new filters (because they weren't "filters from them") in and new transmission pan before they could scan (because pan was leaking) even after I told them I had just changed filter like day before they said they couldn't scan without and now $400 Later still have no clue what is wrong and they offered to rebuild it for another $1400 no thanks More
