Theres a review that I could just copy and paste. I called ahead and asked about bottom line price. They stated that I would pay the price of the car, Document fee, and out of state taxes. When I arriv called ahead and asked about bottom line price. They stated that I would pay the price of the car, Document fee, and out of state taxes. When I arrived I was shown the car, but couldn’t drive until we discussed pricing. When I sat down, I was told that there was a 3k price increase because of how they purchased the cars. That doesn’t make any sense. I negotiated and they went down 1500 no issues. It’s about principal just be up front. The salesman was cool but he still has a job to do. That job is to Run game on you. Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience. I also drove 2.5 hours. Sheesh!!!! More

I purchased a vehicle from Axis and it was not a pleasant experience so far. The car is at a reasonable price until they add over $8000 in fees. I called in advance to see if my plates were ready for pick- experience so far. The car is at a reasonable price until they add over $8000 in fees. I called in advance to see if my plates were ready for pick-up BEFORE leaving work EARLY and was told "yes the plates are ready to come pick up". When I got there the plates were NOT there. Instead of being honest about it, they decided to waste my time further by having me wait around for 30 minutes while they "look" for the plates. One guy who may be a manager of sort stated he was going to "check in the back" and after waiting an additional 10 minutes, I went to see where he was because I needed to leave and HE WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING A CIGARETTE!!!!! I was finally made aware of the obvious that the plates were NOT there! The negative reviews are TRUE and the positive ones are most likely from family and friends. DON'T DO IT! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. More

AWFUL! I initially left feeling good, but exactly one month from the day I bought the car, it died. The warranty I bought didn't cover anything.
