I want to cry everytime I think of my experience here. To make a long story short, I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy this car. I wanted to look around some more. Andre asked me if I had a job. I said no, i’m trying to finance the car with just my savings. He said I might not get approved for financing if I didn’t have a job, so he said “follow me”. And I followed him to his office and all of a sudden, all these forms and signups were given to me. Everything was so rushed I didn’t even know he was signing me up to buy the car ... It turns out I was approved by the bank, he immediately brought out paperwork and listed a whole bunch of fees. It was AN ABSURD AMOUNT of money. The car was only listed at $24,700, but after all the excess fees they added on top of it, the total price came out to like $36,000. I was ready to walk out and he knew. Andre KNEW I was backing out and he kept pressuring me telling me that he will waive some fees for me. He made it sound like he was doing me a huge favor. $200 was waived off the fees..lol. I was a newbie driver and I live all the way in NY. I told him I can’t drive the car back myself so I’ll come back with a friend in a few days to buy the car. He PERSISTED that he will get someone to drive the car back for me. He promised that he would get the car delivered to my house and told me not to worry about a thing. He said “ i gotchu” and so I trusted him. I had another reason for not wanting to buy the car. I just got my drivers license recently so car insurance is going to be mad expensive and I’m also under 25 years old. He said he got the hookups and I somehow managed to land car insurance from him for around $210 a month, which is really good for my situation. I decided to buy the car after all the “work” they put in for me. 1. 1st problem, after I purchased the car, Andre tells me that he doesn’t have anyone to drive the car back home for me. Lol. He said all these things just to get me to buy the car. And he didn’t let me leave the car in their parking lot to be picked up some other day, so i was really screwed. 2. Another problem, they overcharged me $1,200 for gap insurance that I specifically declined. PLEASE read over your documents!! They’re sneaky! It took me 2 weeks to get my refund. 3. 3rd problem, the insurance “hookup” that I got? Yeah, I got scammed for that too. Few weeks later, my car insurance went up to $600 a month. And I went weeks without insurance trying to find one that works for me. 4th problem, my car didn’t even pass the car inspection. I had to pay another $1,000 to fix ALL four tires cus it was in such poor condition. Anger, betrayal, distraught, despair, nothing can describe how badly I regret giving Axis Motors and Andre my money. Everytime someone asks me where I got my car from, I don’t tell them where. Because I will not give any customers to Axis. Please go elsewhere, you won’t regret. And I don’t recommend Andre AT ALL. More

Buyer beware! Axis Motor Cars sells vehicles with no brakes, faulty sensor systems, and terrible repair jobs after it has been in an accident. They also pull your credit numerous times without written c brakes, faulty sensor systems, and terrible repair jobs after it has been in an accident. They also pull your credit numerous times without written consent. Make sure you do your due diligence with them and go over every single paperwork they present you. On May 19, 2021 I took delivery of a maserati that I purchased from Axis Motor Cars. The Maserati was missing a fender vent and the sales manager, Igor Vovchik told me that it was already ordered and was scheduled to arrive on June 1st. He told me that when it arrived, he would ship it to me. I am yet to receive the fender vent. I ended up just purchasing the part from the Maserati dealership for $68. Think about it, if a company can screw you over $68, they will definitely screw you over much more, as I found out. On May 23rd, the ‘check engine’ lights came on in the Maserati and I took it over to the Maserati dealership to get it checked out. They had to reset my injector rail and high pressure fuel pump, and I was told that my brakes were at 5% and needed to be replaced. The Maserati dealership quoted me a fee of $3,661.19 to replace the brakes. On May 26th, my ambient sensor (the device that lets your car know what the temperature is on the outside so it can regulate it on the inside) failed. That cost me $2,500 to replace! They worst part of all of this is that they sold me a car that needed work at premium price! And then tried to cover it up. They never offered to take care of the issues with the car that were inevitably uncovered, because they already got their money. I could see if I was purchasing the car at an auction, then that would make sense, but why would you knowingly sell an auction quality car at a certified used price? So far, I have had to shell out an additional $6,167.19 to fix the repairs they covered up and flat out lied about. The air temperature sensor and parking sonar sensor on this luxury vehicle was faulty and needed to be replaced and they knew this and intentionally sold me a car with so many problems. Not to mention that the car was in an accident and the cover up paint job they did washed off after just 2 washes to reveal the damage (deep scratch), that they didn’t fix properly. This company has been sued in the past for selling faulty cars to people and I guess they weren’t punished enough to learn their lesson, or maybe they are just unethical people who don’t care about selling quality cars to customers. Make sure you take a certified mechanic with you to check out any car you buy from them, but if I were you, I would run as fast as you can away from this dealership! I hired a car broker (PTG365, LLC) to handle the buying process for me, but it turned out that Axis Motor Cars colluded with them to rip me off. I only purchased a car from Axis Motor Cars because of the broker. I live in Miami and I never would have purchased a car from a dealership in New Jersey. Then there’s also the matter of them pulling my credit numerous times without my written consent, after I came to them with a loan from my personal bank to sign the documents, they slipped a credit application into my loan documents, after the fact to cover up their crime. They violated my consumer rights and when I confronted the general manager George Georgeadis about this, he tried to tell me that I logged into their system to apply for credit which was a lie. The odd thing is that they pulled my credit 2 days before having me fill out a credit application to get my signature. When I asked him “why would you need me to fill out a credit application 2 days after the date you claimed I already completed one on your company website?”, he went radio silent. They can be taken to federal court for violating. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! Don’t buy from this crooked car dealership! More
