Upon writing my initial review, I received a call from Juan with instruction to drop off the vehicle ASAP so they may address my issue. Received a prompt and courteous response from this dealership about an inquiry I made regarding a used car with low miles and an excellent price. Unfortunately there was a major snag in the deal when dealership about an inquiry I made regarding a used car with low miles and an excellent price. Unfortunately there was a major snag in the deal when they informed me about a non-advertised additional PDI fee of $2995, that was not listed anywhere online. This is in addition to $775 in "processing fees". In my opinion, this dealership used deception to get this vehicle into the "Great Deal" category of cars.com. In reality the true out-the-door cost is actually much higher when you factor in almost $4000 in additional fees. As such, this car is definitely not deserving of "Great Deal" status. But they figured out a loophole. Be sure to call in advance with this dealership, as I did. I've never seen fees like this at any other dealership. More
