We went to many car lots what almost no hope of finding a good used vehicle at a fair price till I visit Axelrod Buick GMC in Parma on Brookpark road We went to many car lots what almost no hope of finding a good used vehicle at a fair price till I visit Axelrod Buick GMC in Parma on Brookpark road salesman James Summersville came out to the parking lot and asked if he could be of help ( it was first car lot we went to that a sale person actually acknowledge a possible customer) He was happy to let us test drive several vehicles and took his time to help find one that was perfect for us. We ended up purchasing a GMC terrain . Jamie Blazer in the finance department was an absolute dream she made sure to get us the best pricing and financing I could ever ask for . Much lower than what I was anticipating ! Both Barry and Mitchell Axelrod personally had introduced themselves to me which meant a lot it's truly a family dealership that care about there customers. Like any used vehicles you purchase you may have a few kinks with them ( it's a used car ) a service engine light went on after 3 days of taking ownership. contacted the service department . Tim Kubow immediately took the car in the same day and repaired what to have been just a faulty sensor (not a big deal ) but just the fact that Mr Kubow cares about his customers as much as the rest of the dealership does it was a great piece of mind to know that we went to the right dealership to purchase our vehicle. If more dealerships would just follow Alexrods values and tradition of customer service and sales it's just something you don't find in today's car buying experience I really feel they treat you like family a honest dealership that I will definitely be looking to make future purchases !
