From start to finish my experience here was great and everyone I dealt with was very professional. The salesperson, Brandon Leek, did everything I asked of him with keeping me updated on the status of the car I was interested in, as it was getting detailed when I first came to the dealership. He allowed me to test drive other Acadias to get a feel for what they were like. I came in the first day with a goal to test drive a few vehicles and not make a purchase that day, and Brandon was very respectful of that wish. He did not try to push me into a vehicle my first visit and was patient and kept constant communication the entire time. I came into Axelrod looking for an Acadia, and a week later I left with one....and Brandon did a great job making sure I was comfortable and was not pushy like other car salesmen can be. After I decided on the 2018 GMC Acadia that best suited me, Brandon directed me to their finance and loan officer, Jamie, who helped me finish the process. She was very respectful and up front about my financing options, coverages and warranties that were available. She explained everything in detail to me and answered questions that I had. The Axelrod staff that I encountered exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for anyone else looking for a car from their dealership. 10/10 More
