Though the advertised vehicle's photo was still shrouded in a red sheath (not yet photographed) online, the description of it fit my my exact wishes for our next car. I knew that I had to act fast. Since my husband, Frank, had to work, I recruited a family member to go to the dealership with me the following day. Kelly was great! I took the Acadia for a test drive with him in the passenger seat so that he could answer my questions about the vehicle and features. Kelly was kind enough to partake in a video call with my husband and answer all of his questions. I left a deposit and went back the next day with Frank who then took his turn behind the wheel. We ended up in the finance office with Jaimie B. She was great and very informative, making the crazy paper signing as painless as possible, thoroughly explaining everything as we wrapped up the sale.
