They did not honor a coupon for $49. 95 with no expiration date. They charged me $72.15 parts & labor minus $22.20 credit for the coupon. My bill totaled $57.03 More

Thank you so much for responding. The coupon was honored as you stated with the 22.20 discount. The coupon does not include taxes (4.00) or hazardous waste oil removal (3.00), so your bill should have been exactly what you stated, which was 57.03. We always honor coupons no matter the date or dealership. Please let us know if you feel this is incorrect.

Thank you so much for responding. After pulling your last service ticket, the price on the oil change and tire rotation increased $2.20, the difference was that you had a 20.00 off coupon last time and this time they gave you a 5.00 coupon. I am sorry that the price was a little different. Keep in mind too, that oil has gone up substantially but the dealership has absorbed the extra cost for the most part so the customers wouldn't have to. If there is anything we can do to keep you, let me know and let's discuss it.
