Tim Shaffer and his team kept their word being "transparent". Transparency, to me is a word that has a much meaning as one's understanding of the problem at hand. Buying used cars with xxxx credit isn't my strong suit. All that "as is" b.s could have gotten me in trouble with this truck. Honestly, after the year I had. I was getting very-very anxious. Tom and his boss calmed my nerves by showing me HONESTY still exists. That came at a good time. The issue with truck was quickly fixed, without hessentaion... so I'll be back in 12-18 months, once my paper credit matures. I would be stupid not to want to continue a relationship with axelrod, tom and friends. Thanks for building union a few years back. Take care - Justin Mocio More
